Some very nice collections and dioramas and a couple of niche sellers in addition to Model Mania. Very busy, and almost nobody wearing masks, so very uncomfortable.

I went to the Mitchelstown Model Show yesterday and picked up an Oh Deere 3350 2wd for my 6 cylinder 2wd theme There was also a Toys Farm 3130 2wd with Sekura cab for sale and I was sooooooooooo tempted as that would have given me 20 series, 30 series, 40 series and 50 series 2wds.

Love to hear your thoughts on the ROS drill when you get a chance to look at it.

It's about 10 years since I last attended, but I'd imagine there will be a good crowd as there hasn't been a model show in quite a while now. It'll be like a warm up for Moira at the end of the month 🤑

It looks like Milltown Farms will be taking delivery of a number of Methane powered T6.180s later in the year or early in 2023. They will definitely need wheel upgrades though.

On the two occasions when I travelled, I flew into Amsterdam on the Friday and sayed in an hotel there. I took the train to Zwolle on the Saturday morning. There is (was) a direct service every hour(?) from Amsterdam Central Station to Zwolle. The station in Zwolle is 5 minutes walk from the Ijssenhallen.

Well spotted. The fronts on the 7610 look to be from the CASE 1494. I'd have preferred the 6X 5000 rear wheels on the 5610 (and the correct air intake)

And finally, for now, there's no point in having track machines if you don't have dump trailers to haul away from them.

Unfortunately that lowloader isn't enough for the 35 tonne Volvo (or the 40 tonne Kamasutra), so I just had to buy this outfit as well 🙄

Which of course meant I needed to upgrade my low loader.

The track machine collection has recently been added to with the purchase of the Volvo 22 tonne and the Volvo 35 tonne machines.

Got this at a discounted price, so couldn't let it pass.

I wasn't minded to buy one of these when they were in the shops, but it will make a nice pairing with the Kane triple axle for woodchip, so bought one.

One of my collection themes is 6 cylinder 2wd tractors, ranging from a Fordson E27 P6 to a Ford TW25 with all sorts of everything in between. I missed the UH MF 2620 2wd when it was originally issued, but managed to pick this one up recently.

I found time to grab some pics of recent purchases just now. First up the MARGE T7550 (the Blue Steyr). This changes the back story for Newpark Farm in 2010 such that the 822, 818x2, TM155, 110-90 and County 762H were replaced with a T7070, T7550, T7050, T6090x2 and T6020. A very nice model.

If it was on smaller wheels it would be very close to accurate.

The 1494 was based on the 1210 and has a longer wheelbase than the 1394 which was based on the 996. The 1494 was shod on 13.6/38s or 16.9/34s wheras the 1394 was shod on 13.6/36s or 16.9/30s

I'll be having three T6.180 Methanes please, although all will have to be re-shod. Or should I hope that Britains will make this model too? Their T6.180 is much more true to the original than the UH with it's ridiculous wheels.
