  1. I saw one or two at Zwolle round the 150 euro mark but you are right, they don't come up very often in the UK
  2. I don't know who this person is but he needs to sort out his ;listings, he is using the same photo of a Deutz for a number of different items http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/uk_tami/m.html?item=171539045838&hash=item27f0861dce&pt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
  3. My car insurance renewal came today and it has doubled from last year > So, with a bit of shopping around I managed to get it lower than last year with a different company. I then rang my old insurer and told them I wanted to cancel and I wasn't going to renew with them just to be told, oh hang on a minute I am sure we can get you a better deal than that. My reply was short and to the point but went along the lines of, if you can do that now why have you tried to get me to pay more than double that amount, why didn't you quote that first time.............goodbye.
  4. I have seen it Mark, he has got a Trident 130 on as well
  5. Jeepers creepers, I am glad I have already got two of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390953597592?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT That's the most I have seen for a 1/43 model and it isn't even the rarest of the set, that would be the Same Tiger 130 which is like rocking horse doo doo
  6. Stopped at a service station on the A580 near St Helens and saw this rather nice modern New Holland ploughing at the back. I was amazed how quiet it was you could hardly hear the engine running at all.
  7. Come on Gav new day new job new pics required. Seen them on FB so we need more on here
  8. Had to call at another farm today and saw that he uses nothing except John Deeres, mostly classics. Apparently at one time he had 7 JD 2850's but now only has 2 left This was the newest one I saw JF 6430 and loader Then a slightly older loader tractor JD 2850 in immaculate condition Unfortunately that was all I had time for but I could see a few others across the yard :'(
  9. Who is this complete numpty? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Hobbies-Tractor-1-/171378678110?pt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&hash=item27e6f7195e He has now advertised 3 times without a description other that "Universal Hobbies model" and with no pictures. No wonder no-one ever bids on his listings.
  10. You are going to start me off singing that one now, which is bad as I sing like a bird but unfortunately it is a Carrion Crow.......... Trivia question for you, what was the name of the TV series that song came from?
  11. Number 1 son has just come back from the biennial plant show at Hillhead and brought a number of brochures back with him. These include Leibherr wheel loader l586 and L550-L580 Leibherr crawler excavator R970SME Hitachi corporate brochure Hitachi ZW370 wheel loader Hitachi Zaxis 870excavator Hitachi Zaxis 670 excavator JCB brochures on a memory stick (I don't know which machines) and a couple of other odds and sods including the show guide. They are of little interest to me and if anyone wants them and can pay the cost of postage they are welcome to them but they are quite heavy so it would be quite expensive to post.
  12. There were a few old Masseys where the cabs were on the point of disintegrating And an equally tired David Brown In the shed was an MF35 with the 4 cylinder engine, this was a runner when it was put away but hasn't been started for a while And then deep in the undergrowth was a Fordson Major
  13. I don't get out onto farms anywhere as much as I used to but occasionally I manage to see something of interest. This wasn't a farm, more of a breakers yard and most of the stuff was vans and cars but he did have a few old tractors hidden amongst the rest of the metal. This is still used to haul wrecks around the yard. Whist this one was hitched to a roller Apparently this Leyland was a recent purchase from a farm sale and looked in good condition for its age
  14. This listing http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Hobbies-Toy-model-KUBOTA-M135X-Tractor-1-32-scale-Just-Released-/281118147154?pt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&hash=item4173f28252 Order early for Christmas, how long does delivery take?
  15. Well this is what I have been doing for the last 2 days, somewhere for me and Mrs R to sit with a glass of wine on a summers evening Minus of course the neighbours washing in the background!!
  16. Are you going to try and persuade them to change to Case after your previous bad experience with the green and yellow?
  17. He does have an address of Singapore Drive though which actually exists
  18. They say that God loves a tryer but this must be the third or fourth time he has listed this collection http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/britains-job-lot-over-200-/331159514755?pt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&hash=item4d1aa52e83 Still asking over £1500 for £500 worth of models though
  19. In that case Sean they are probably on here and reading your post, hopefully they will make contact and make you an offer.
