  1. I don't think the Deutz was available in the US, only mainland Europe.
  2. I can smell that silage through the PC, very realistic.
  3. Produced from 1994 to 1998, as stated David Brown rear axle and Cummins engine with Funk powershift gearbox. Originally designed and built for Agco in White and Agco Allis colours with a range of model numbers and powers The tractor was released as an MF 9240 and Lamborghini Traction 240. A bit more fueling and the Lamborghini Traction 265, Same 265, Hurlimann H-265 were created. Replace the bonnet and the Deutz Fahr 8.31 was born:

I would put money on them releasing the tractor in red, that will save the cost of converting a blue one.
  5. I say lets have some precision SG cabbed tractors in 1/32. Bill, can you say what will replace the Precision Key series?

The Fendt is looking good and accurate but the Eicher looks to have a cab that is too chunky and inappropriate tyres, bit disappointing really.
  7. Vendeuvre were a French manufacturer based in the town the company was named after in lower Normandy. Between starting tractor production in 1950 to ending in 1964 some 25000 models were built. They were taken over by Allis Chalmers in 1959. Probably sell in the country of origin and not many elsewhere.
  8. Keep the pictures coming. Good to see a Salop trailer still earning its keep. That's a beast of a JCB shovel, is it used regularly?
  9. Fantastic news this, I look forward to this book and those to come. I was beginning to think the tractor book market had died a slow death since so few new releases lately but hopefully this news will reignite interest.
  10. Is it retired awaiting botox and other surgery or just waiting to go to the big graveyard in the sky?
  11. More great pics from north of the border. I especially like the recreation of a tight turn.
  12. The green Zetors were offered in many countries around the world including southern hemisphere, southern and eastern Europe and Africa. Would be good to know how many of each model were sold in the end. The agreement didn't last too long, 1994 to 2000? It was the same time as they offered the Renault built 3000 series in western Europe.
  13. OK, so typical North American design of chopper.
  14. Interesting they have not just repainted the Case IH Patriot sprayers.
  15. Do you not sell any old equipment? What is the tractor behind the trailed Krone chopper? Any chance of more photo's in the yard/field of all the retired machines ( if they are retired! )
  16. Tidy spreader, probably lastest so well because no one wanted to use ground driven rear discharge spreaders, most people moved on to rotospreaders. One load a year is ok but why not borrow a rotospreader off a neighbour ?
  17. Was the MF chopper really unreliable?
  18. The early telescopic handlers from the 1980's like in BOR's picture were built be Matbro. The one's from the 1990's were built by FDI Sambron and the latest ones by Bobcat. All dates approximate. Now an early Massey tele built by Matbro would be something for UH to produce.

  20. What a huge disappointment these blue and terracotta tractors are. As already stated roof too high, front linkage too high, tyres naff and decals wrong. On top of these less than minor issues the whole proportion of the tractor seem wrong. What has happened because they have done a great job up 'till now?
  21. 3090 is a 3080 with a turbo, no one would notice if you did a quick decal swap. 3065 is shorter and on smaller boots, lot more work to chop 2 cylinders out of the engine and find some 34" tyres to replace the 38's.
  22. That is exactly the problem, a little more research from their part by looking at archive photo's such as product literature would solve all that. Plenty of experts that could advise them, all of us for starters
  23. Having just had a look around the autotronic didn't have any screen, so it will need to have that door sticker changed. Re nit picking, I was jesting and not criticizing anyone but UH could make more of an effort to get the models right, seems every new model has some later items added.
  24. OK if we've reached the fault finding stage then the beacon is c**p and the centres odd and the tyres bizarre. Didn't Autotronics have a screen in the right hand pillar like the Datatronics but lots less functionality?
