Deere-est
I was really impressed by the Lancashire Lads when 'Dad' told me when they found out Devizes was not a million miles away from Wincanton. .. they made a line up of Kidd machinery - just for Toytrac - last week!!. Talk about wanting to soak up the atmosphere. They had their last coat of paint on the Thursday and were packed up and at Totrac by the Saturday. I thought that was a brilliant touch. I loved the logging display with everything from County's with cranes to chainsaws. Another couple of eyecatchers were the Marshall tractors and that Deere forager with the engine on it. .. Brilliant eye for detail and the fact the even researched the area to make some local models for me just capped theur enthusiasm. Great work guys

Chris was telling me that the forestry diorama was only a small section of the original display, which had he set it up would have stretched from one end of the Pavillion to the other! Scratch built log splitter really looked the part too. Boy is that one busy logging operation!
Deere-est
I didn't spend nearly enough time at the FTF stand, what a display. I should have given the dutch barn a much closer inspection Sean, it looks great mate. I want to build one like that with a lean-to but a bit bigger so the main barn can take the silage
