Gav836
The traders favourite trader is at it again, 424 models listed on ebay and 422 of them are pre-order : : http://toys.shop.ebay.co.uk/Diecast-Vehicles-/222/i.html?_trkparms=65%253A12%257C66%253A4%257C39%253A1%257C72%253A2471&_catref=1&_dmpt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&_ipg=200&_ssn=frankmartin1977&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_pgn=

Gav836
Just been reading the rules, pre-sale listings are allowed as long as the seller can guarantee delivery within 30 days of the auctions end.......
robbo
What I don't understand is why he has to post so many listings, each one costs him to list it. Surely it would be more cost effective to list on "buy it now" and have 20 or so for sale, that way he would only have to pay for the one listing. As it is it just puts me off buying, its like spam, I just scroll past them. Anyway, they are cheaper from another seller who is a member on here, aren't they Barry
ploughmaster
I agree - I'm sure this breaches some ebay rules. It breaches the Multiple Listings policy: Sellers may not concurrently have more than 15 active listings for identical items and of these listings, only one Buy It Now listing will be allowed. If a seller chooses to list in more than one category, the seller must still adhere to the multiple listings limit of 15.
nashmach
So who is going to report it then Thanks ploughmaster.
Paul Palmer
does it really matter, you can pre order models from well known online farm shops so whats the difference
Deere-est
It's against the rules, Paul. Rules that everyone else have to abide by so he shouldn't be deserved the exception just to cash in 'illegally' .
