Gear all looks to be running well Julian, it'll be an unusual summer ahead, have you seen more people looking for driving positions this summer than previous ones?

Cheers James , seems to be up and down on the staff front , finding decent experienced staff rather than just sticking bums on seats !

Green hill farm  2nd cut silage more aless done , mowed through 150 acres weds then picked up 24 hours later , just the 2 trailers running as all fields close to farm , good to see our refurbished redrock performing well and doing the job of a 15 grand trailer , bit of a Change  on the pit a 6210r on buckraking duties as jcb has been tied up on whole crop work .the 6210r now replacing the NH 315 which suffered major gearbox problems so decision was taken to chop him out after a short period of time . Been a busy few weeks at orchard hq & Green hill , 3rd cut silage complete , corn harvest finally all finished , just a few acres of beans to get off ! Autumn cultivations now underway with stubble cultivation and ploughing underway , the new MF 8s seems to be performing well , looking at possibly purchasing another soon rather than!after to fill the tractor void !  On the new arrival front the new Amazone drill  turned up at the end of last week replacing our old lemken , yesterday the demo  JCB came in hitched up to our new Richard  larrington trailer , all ready for maize ! Foragers back in the yard for few tweaks before back in to the maize next week after some awful weather the last couple days , spud digging well underway and going well so far
