Doesnt bother me who else makes them,...it does bother me when you find out that you're doing the donkey work for someone elses business. Never mind,.......he will have to break up the one he already has......

Deere-est
They arn't a bad motor in their own respect but basically, all your boss has done is bought a fleet motor for a specialist job. What cab, gearbox and any other frilly bits might it have, Paul?

Deere-est
It may be cheaper but blimey, he could have met half way and got you a decent double drive (or rear tag) chassis spec'd for the job and a regular sleeper cab be it Volvo, Scania or even Merc! You'll have to pop into Scania when you get it . . .. just to see the salesmans face!

Deere-est
I didn't think the double was on the cards initially anyway. What a drop though ... I'm going away to think of a new nickname for you now!

Rick
Does FTF have a policy on matters such as this? It would really annoy me as well. Now Mum how would FTF enforce anykind of rule that would prevent this.....why just send little "C" over to the guilty and let him give them a knuckle sandwhich......  I bet uncle U won't be selling to this chap again.........do you want pops to come over and sort it?? \ just a minute let me find my Wellies and an umbrella...oh silly me I live in arizona we dont have umbrellas.......
Massey Boys Mum
Well I agree that it would be kind of difficult to enforce a rule. But I strongly feel that a statement should be issued - name and shame, public humiliation etc, etc. It appears that it is a young person who perhaps could do with a bit of guidance from elders, who are wise. Pops, you would be my choice, thanks for volunteering. Umbrella is in the post.
Rick
I found it! FTF Policy # 2,347,987,000 Gosh lot of policy writting going on here......well, said policy is very straigthforward: "Do not sell to fools"...... in case of being unable to follow policy #2,347,987,000 then follow FTF policy #2,347,987,000-B which states: "Don't be a fool and sell to them again"....... ;D ;D
Deere-est
Whilst I am intrigued to know who said buyer is I am not sure I would want to find out through the public domain.

Never mind,.......he will have to break up the one he already has...... If it's an orginal that you've made yourself and have a 'master' to demonstrate it was your work, then it's direct copyright infringement for anyone else to reproduce that work (I've looked into this quite thoroughly for obvious reasons). Not having registered the design is irrelevant - if you can prove it was your work, then what this person is doing is illegal and if you choose to pursue the matter it could cost them thousands \ And to the person whose stole your work... is it really worth the potential lawsuit and loss of respect from your fellow FTF members to make a few £££s?
