robbo
As we are now having topic for rare and unusual makes I thought that I would make a start with this one. I have heard that Dugu were also sold as "Old Cars" but I cannot confirm this, maybe some else can. Anyway, this is my Dugu Same Centauro

robbo
No I don't think so Andy, I have to agree with TractorDave that it was made by Co-Ma, mine has a different box to this one, (currently in the loft) but the model is the same
robbo
Whilst at the Zwolle show last November I did see a Same 340DT in one of the glass cabinets, I was reliably informed that this was also a Dugu model but this is the only one that I have ever seen or even heard of, this puts it right at the top of my search list although I would guess that it would cost over 4 figures if I ever found one
Andy
I saw that Mike and thought the same! I think I saw one on an Italian website so will try and find the picture. Didn't know it was DUGU.

Tractordave
Looking through various websites - it appears that Dugu started somewhere about 1961 - 1963 (depends on which source) they continued on until 1974 when the company changed to SISPLA - Then, SISPLA only lasted until 1975 or so, when Old Cars took over some (all?) of their equipment and business - so the tractors that DUGU made (1/43rd Scale) then bore the name Oldcars. Here is my Oldcars Fiat 640 - unfortunately it has the left headlight missing - suggestions how to replace anyone

The Oldcars factory is seemingly closing down soon and they had a run of Fiat tractors with the old moulds. The moulds were at their end of life so they only did a short run. Francesco Fornelli

There are 2 versions in existence, a 240DT and a 360DT both will set you back over 4 figures if you ever find one.
