alf aphid
Could anyone please tell me what a universal 445 from 1971 would look like? I’ve googled but a bit inconclusive as to whether it has the fiat type curved bonnet or the later square one?? Also which fiat are they based on ? Many thanks

A boxy style bonnet & a Fiat style bonnet.. The Fiat style on the link is advertised as 1971.. Hope that answers your question.

Many thanks Justy, I must admit I’d struggled to definitively work out which one bet certainly looks like might be the fiat based type does anyone know which fiat model it was? Cheers Looks like the Fiat 450, farm I was on in the 70's had a couple of them as MF 135 replacements, came with a built in oil leak and the steering was very low geared to account for the lack of power steering. You had to turn the wheel about 4 times to get it onto full lock, it made it a bit vague on the road and it tended to wander
