How would you convert a wheel size, eg; 20.8 R42 Would I be correct to assume it means 20" wide, 8" profile on a 42" rim (giving 58" overall dia) \ So in 1;32 scale this would be .625" wide with a profile of .25" on a 1.3125" rim and an overall dia of 1.8125" \ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stan )... that a car tyre is... say 265/75 R16 265 is the tread width in mm.... 75 is the aspect ratio of the side wall.. as in 75% of the wheel width...
