Weather is unsettled for the week so say but it hardly matters now. The quality wno't be in the grass now and we are making silage not hay, these farmers eh?!! ctsboy Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 At our place it is busy as normal, washing potatoes for Fritolay and McCains, emptying grainstores and cleaning them ready for harvest, The last of the potatoes need weed spraying and the continuous task has started that is blight spraying 800acres of potatoes every 10 days at presant, well only the early planted are ready now but more come on each week.
