Was clearing out ashed yesterday to get this topper mower out and some other things ,lifted out this old 3 row potatoe planter ,think its called a Pilot . Its got the 3 seats and 3 rotating wheels with trays that you put a spud in as it passes you and around other side tray tips to drop spud into the ground ,not been used for a few years ,can remember back in the late 1960s sitting in the middle seat so i shouldnot fall of planting potatoes on days i should have been at school .

Paint was dry on grain-pusher that we had altered so put on jcb and stood it outside in sun to fully harden off over weekend sunshine

Got a new main feed pipe fitted on sprayer over weekend ,sitting thete now awaiting to go ,blowing a gale out there at moment and very cold so it might be sitting thefe a few days

I can remember a few years ago i was helping on a stand at a model show over here in UK and there was a lad in his 20s i was talking to ,he was from New Zealand and he collected models and he was totaly amazed at the amount of models for sale in one place he said models are few and far between back in New Zealand . He was over in uk visting family for first time and had seen advert in local paper about show andcome along

It is slightly better still swollen and bit tender ,yes back working but being very carefull ,activate clutch when first in tractor with right foot then everthing is on shuttle for forewards or backwards and gears on button with right hand ,right leg is ok for brakes just have to climb in and out with caution ,just taken this photo so you can see its still a differant colour

Good friday and saturday i managed to get my spring barley drilled ,few wet spots but all in ok .Just sugar beet to get in next ,9mm rain yesterday and more on the way 🤨

On the dry days last week i got some spraying done and a bit more fertilizer on ,every bag was a differant shade of green/blue

There was at least 3 stands from Holland ,each with 2 people per stand as i spoke to them and now them from when i been to Zwolle , yes good to see them over here

I had a look at all them Britains models and most of the boxes was in good condition and so was models inside ,plenty of customers was buying from him ,yes he might have been £10 per model dearer than other traders on the day but if you are looking at a certain model to complete/add to you collection then you wont the best there is and you pay for quality

Took a call from Goody last week ,as i am limited on what i can do at moment he said he got a large collection of brocures to pick up in the spalding area so if he picked me up would i like to ride up with him on saturday to get them and also we could pop in for the first half of the M&M Auction and then go on to pick up his brocures ,had a few bids on items which someone went one more on but did get these 2 items .My granddaughter Grace (14) likes building things including flat packed furniture so i have given them to her to have a go at 😃
