  4. thought i'd take a chance & ripped up the casio c 230 keyboard we got last xmas , was 5 minutes before i realised it was electric \ :D
  5. believe me the K110 doesnt look pretty with the 5455 wheels on it either \ think i may have been a bit heavy handed with the removeal of the front wheels on both tractors how's it done ?
  6. may do at some point mate , but got to get my finances sorted first
  7. are those wheels from the siku joskin tanker ? looks well chunked out
  8. what sort of price are you looking at for one of them ? looks very promiseing
  9. great as if farm toys don't cost me enough ,i have to go & buy a piano now
  10. saw your's the other day mike & liked it a lot but thought you bought the wheels in from a supplier , i bought the deutz today & thought they'd look good on the massey like yours , wasn't till i'd posted them it occured they were the same wheels ! as for putting a set on the loader , i'm not going through all that palava again \
  11. at least that has a bar to go up & down with it , the ones we had were two U shaped pieces of metal that hung down on the ends of the trailer sides , you put the bar attatched to the sheet in the u 's then forced them down past the the point of center , it was the tension of the sheet that kept them there , when tipping it was the weight of the silage that released the sheet, real pain to get them back down again walt had two of his teeth knocked out when the darn things sprung back when trying to fasten them shut :(
  12. looking more closely at holderness models 5455 on lpg tyres , i think i've got the same tyres fitted \
  13. i don't mind the front linkages , but not on everything \
  14. would gandy boxes on foragers also be used for powder additive ? like gavs hoppers already ?
  15. will print off some proper decals when i get some more ink as well
  16. thanks lads , the apearance has made quite a difference & it's here on the desk now as can't stop looking at it & don't want to put it back in the box \
  17. think the vicon will be ok width wise but too short , i have a vicon body on a unimog & that fills the load area just right
  18. well you certainly know how to make an entrance ! that kit looks fantastic ! welcome to the forum Pieter
  19. not impressed with front linkage on everything , so have decided to remove them from the 2 5455's i have , the loader tractor linkage i felt was not needed anyway. the weight block on the loader tractor comes from an old siku deutz 4.70 & the other from a britains 2680, the wheels on the other 5455 have come from a siku deutz K110 of whick i personally think look just that little bit better comments welcome , good , bad, or indifferent
  20. nice pair of masseys paul , must admit , starting to get a lot of the olderstuff out nowadays as these tractors along with the other oldies have a character not found with the newer stuff, where did you get the 590 decals from , brian norman only does 595 on princeable
  21. very nice mate , although i'd tear a strip off you trimmer driver , for messing up the grass when he could of done it from the roadside
  22. mine has to be the jag 60 / 61 / 62, the 45 wasn't a bad bit of kit either , but damp grass would block up the feed rollers before you knew it , another favorite would be the MF 610 / 630 flywheel chop , soooooooo easy to work on /repair / service :)
