  1. Either levelling off corn in the shed, or putting cornbins up. Trying to get the roof on is a pig of a job. The other one is packing pumkins on my W/E. definatley and experience to forget
  2. Lovely models Like to see if britains can produce the goods to compete with them. I know the linkages are for playability but in my experience of carpet farming with them if you try to go over the slightest bump they ground out! \
  3. WOW. Amazing build, knew it would be good but not as good as that 10/10! Well done mate
  4. That looks like fun mate! Good weather for it too. Did you manage 24 hours solid?
  5. Yeah I think it can happen, we got a griffiths 10 tonner and a marston 10 tonner drom the same era and the griffiths holds a little more \
  6. at the end of the day it depends if you can find enough work to use a telehandler for, our 526s rarely has a day without being used but if you want to do alot of roadwork then tractor/loader is surely the way to go \
  7. WOW!! That is one seriously complicated but great project, cannot wait to see it finished and the imber hitch looks good too
  8. At the end of the day as Sean said they both have uses, If you have alot of road work to do but not a massive amount to lift then a tractor loader suits it well but if its the opposite then you want a telehandler. Skeggs who came and done our straw this year just ran there telehandlers about on low loaders which I guess is a half decent compromise
  9. More good pictures mate, nice to have a view of what the farm looks like as well as the machinery, might add some to my topic \ P.S. markey will be pleased now you have washed the 350
  10. Yes definatley, just what needed to be made as siku don't seem in a hurry to make one
  11. Blimey, now i know why someone told me models are better than premium bonds, I bought my last one of them 5 years ago and the price ahs increased by over 200%
  12. Thanks masseyjack, had a really good time and I dare say you will too, its 100's times better than school Nope definatley a 6630 Ricky, both of their 6630's have short dumpy wheels, no idea why, guess it was just the tyre option they chose
  13. Nice collection mate, any pictures?
  14. Well just a couple of pics to add. We were muck carting from the Pig farm last week so here is what I was driving. Just to correct they have over 3000 pigs instead of what i thought was 1000. Also the farmer said I may be able to go back and help him with his hay in the time between me finishing my GCSE's and harvest starting at home Anyway I had the pleasure of driving a JD 6630 and mcormick MC115
  15. looks good just need a lick of paint now. As for the wheels how about fendt 718 ones
  16. Well I get my mock results monday so fingers crossed. What pleased me is though the farm I done work experience at, the boss was filling out my forms and I spoke to him about going and working there between when I finish my GCSE's and when we start harvest and he said that it would be fine so I am well happy Just hope he still wants me when the time comes!
  17. looks the shape of a real tail light. Ill have a look hang on. Just had a look, and cant really see anything else it could be other than hand rails \
  18. nice little layout you have started there. Will you keep it to older machinery?
  19. Very nice pictures. Come down thhat way twice a year and there's plenty of machinery to see
  20. Looks like the internationals will be added to my case collection of every case tractor my dad has ever had ;D
  21. Yeah I don't think its the last you will see of them and I am going to carry on collecting and converting. Yep the JCB loader is made by joal. probably the best telehandler model I've ever used despite it being 1:35 scale
  22. Well I'm afraid you won't be seeing anymore of C&C as they are no more, they got into some financial trouble (due to buying too much kit) and have had all the machinery repossessed ( put back in its boxes or on a shelf in my room). thanks for all the comments
  23. Nope nothin annoyed me whatsoever either. Just another great day on owrk experience
