  1. I thought it was an Emek Scania, you thinking Siku Tris?
  2. Thats good news. Take good care of Mrs OF now Mark till she is completely better.
  3. Could be that Ebay is overloaded, to many people try to list at the same time. Particularly as you are not getting any error messages. I used to have lots of problems loading direct via the Sell feature. Now use Turbo Lister. You can add listings when you like and uploaded them when you want to. Lot easier and its free. Give it a whirl.
  4. Need to tell us more Nick. How are you listing it? Turbo Lister, direct? Any messages?
  5. Any news Mark. Give Mrs OF our very best wishes and speedy recovery. If you need any help just let me know, I'm only about 30 minutes away. Probably need so Grandad experience with both daughters getting married soon
  6. The UK wholesaler for Schuco is John Ayrey. From the Ayrey site Schuco are producing a Unimog U406, Unimog U20, Claas Jaguar 960, Claas Arion 540 and a Fendt 936. Prices from ?5-99 to ?10-99. Click on Product Catalogue link at http://www.ayrey.co.uk/startframe.html and then the Schuco link for details and thumbnails. The items listed above are on Page 3.
  7. Iam going to the toy fair that I got the Freelander from on 11th May, I'll keep a look out for a one for you if you want PDH.
  8. Where did the Brantners come from? Off a model or did you get hold of just the wheels?
  9. They are both nice sets Dan. What are the yellow hubbed ones from? Did you get the two sets off a model or were you able to buy just the wheels/tyres?
  10. I've got some resin Keenans from DT Sean (for another project), they would be a bit too big I think. Can't find them at the moment to check. I'd agree re the Vanto's, possibly the best option.
  11. I've looked at UH Cargo wheels for a similiar project, but cost is a major factor. You don't see many of those models cheap!
  12. Thanks Noel. I'm waiting for his latest catalogue to arrive.
  13. Thanks, I'll contact them. The PMA ones seem OK as well, just pricey. Also I take another look at Karens spares list.
  14. Ok thanks. That's Plan A out the window then. So if anyone can help with Plan B can they tell me what they would recommended as a replacement wheel/tyre for a Marston other than a Joal or TIMs Trelli?
  15. Thanks Sean. It's finding a reliable source that's the problem. As you say Tims are hard to find nad I've never had much luck with finding the Joal ones. Farmmodels sell trellis but they are over ?7-00 a pair. These are available from the Siku shop and cost less than ?2-00 a pair.
  16. Can anyone tell me the diameter and width of these Siku tyres and wheels from the Joskin silage trailer and the Branter trailer. I'm looking to re-wheel some Britains Marstons, are these suitable and if not what is recommended. Thanks for your help.
  17. Sorry Sue. I obviously didn't intoduce myself fully or correctly.........for the next time we meet, Shepton 8th June perhaps, the proper name is Peter (well that's what I was christened but not what I'm always called )
  18. Just got back from Shepton. Had a mini FTF get together on Mandy?s stall with Sue (Leakey Vale), Old Ford (Mark) and Simon (the same). Good fair, lots of Britains for sale both boxed, unboxed and playworn but prices were high. Several farm model dealers in attendance. From Farm Models I picked up a UH Fendt 415 in Dealer box, the Goldings Fendt 930 and a Weise Fendt 512c Pieper (notice the trend in the new additions to the collection) and from Farmer Ed I picked a UH Fendt 415 and Zetor Forterra 12441 in standard boxes. Next show for those interested is 8th June.
  19. A pity the number plate is printed in the wrong format....a real number plate like that would be illegal. Not sure I like the white grill etc. Like to see a full size one in the flesh to compare.
  20. Rather all the wild speculation why don't you contact Geoff and ask him direct. I think I know what's going on but its Geoff's model and he should give out the updates he wants to when he wants to.
  21. Any one going? I know Mandy has a stall.........Details http://www.bulldogfairs.com/shepton.htm FTF meet up? If anyone is going and is interested in meeting up we can arrange the time and place later in the week.
  22. Pity its the weekend before the next Toy Fair at Shepton. Be interested in your report and photos Dan.
  23. Personally I'd leave the wheels as they are. They are the originals, not replaced, and wheel rot is a well known Britains issue. Personal choice but doesn't seem to deter the Britains collector. If you want a good one for display then a refurbished unboxed example may be the way to go.
