  1. Some one asked for photo's of the Brian Norman MF 1200. Having tried unsuccessfully to upload some photos to the Forum over the past couple of days I have created a fotopic album with the photo's of the MF 1200 in it. You can view it here http://peterharrison.fotopic.net/c856274.html I'll add some more photo's of the other Brian Norman models I have as well as some shots of the Scaledown kits I have built over the coming days/weeks. Enjoy!
  2. If anyone is interested I've got one of these I'm looking to sell. Just let me know! P
  3. There are quite a few on Ebay. Just got one from Germany with some other UH stuff, cost me 34 Euros plus about 7 Euros shipping. P
  4. One weekend about 6 years ago I went to a local 'antique' toy shop. ?He had just taken in a Britains collection, in it was 171F Fordson Major on spades. ?I negotiated and got it for ?275. ?Next day I went to the Shepton Mallet Toyfair and was extremely surprised to find a mint/boxed pair of 171F and 172F Super Majors, ?500 the pair. ?The wife was with me and virtually ordered me to by them. ?These models were rarely seen in such condition and we had been looking for a long while to add to the Britains collection. At the next Exeter Westpoint Fair about three months alter my wife bought me a mint and boxed 172F Fordson Major for ?300 as a birthday present. ?Expensive at the time but if one looks at the investment angle I think time has shown they were a very good buy. I would never spend more than these on a Britains tractor. ?Have spent ?150 several times on really rare Britains but these have been many years, I have been collecting Britains Farm for 25 years. P

(MF135) 2004 Limited Edition of 1500 My wife collects farm animals (mainly cows and sheep), BFA do a fine range of these and the tractors fit in well.? It also means I don't get moaned at when a new model arrives in the house. Any questions or quereis just let me know. P
  6. Yes I collect them as they fit in with what my wife collects. ?750 is a good price, I have seen this sell for ?1250. The first two they produced (a Fordson N on Spuds and a Ferguson TE20) have fetched ?4000 when the market was at its peak and will still go for ?2000 +. The range is fairly big, you get limited edition piece that is well produced and displays well. I think the most they have ever made of one model is 2000. Can post a list of all they have produced if anyone is interested. Country Artists also have a tractor range, I only have a couple of them (a SAME and a John Deere). Models are larger and production run is only about 500. BW P
  7. Just got off the phone to G+M, they have the 8W MTX 155 in stock. They say it has a re-desgined front axle so it looks as if its been of the market for a while while they sort out a desgin fault. Needless to say I ordered one along with a new MC115. P
