  1. Is that the whole thing including RC transmitter, receiver, etc or just the model?
  2. Picked up one today from The Works in Exeter, ?1-99
  3. In the November issue there is the first part of a two part series of articles on toy and model Claas Combines. Written by David Pullen. It states that there are over 60 different toy and model Claas combines have been produced. I assume the two articles will show most or all of these 60. In a separate article it confirms Corgi will be introducing a 'completely new range of 1/43rd scale tractors' in the second half of 2008.
  4. Think I might wait and see how much they want for one. If the MAN is ?250 reckon they'll want quite a bit for the Axion as well. May be worth waiting a few months for the price to fall as it always does.
  5. I'd go along with the Massey 135. Still looks good even today though it was first produced in 1968. I also have a soft spot for the Fordson Power Major, the first Britains tractor I ever had and played with so much I wore most of the paint off it.
  6. The yellow was not being produced now. The production models will be red.
  7. I've been thinking of using Plastruct I or H beams on the bigger one to convert it into a Dutch Barn.
  8. Don't worry Tris you're not the only one. Just clipped a granite kerb stone and wrote off a ?300 alloy wheel on the car. All I was trying to was make room for a bus to pass. :'(
  9. You're right 7....need to go the opticians. Am I right in thinking that is Renault Nectra?
  10. Very nice. What's the tractor with the 8F plough?
  11. Welcome Linus. Regarding magazines for modern equipment you really only have those aimed at the farming community. Farmers Weekly is probably the best known but its a bit to general for my taste, not enough on machinery. The magazine I buy for the current and new machinery is Profi. See http://www.profi.com/EN_en I find it very informative and deatiled on modern day equipment. Some of the article eminate from Germany where the magazine was started but its all translated in to perfect English. My local WH Smiths sells the magazine or you can get by subscription.
  12. This is the first 1/32nd item I know of to be produced by Wiking. Lets hope it's a success and they bring additional items out......
  13. I thought Wiking were closely associated with Siku? Their 1/87th scale stuff is very nice. Will have to look closely at this when it's released.
  14. The b****y wires they use to hold the models in the boxes. These are far worse than the RC2 ones. We know of the issues they caused with the Xerion which necessitated a packaging re-design. Get rid of them!
  15. Oh.......if you twist my arm....I believe it will be blue...............but there are issues to be resolved (and these have been on going for about 6 months). That's all I can say at this point but further info may be forthcoming at Agritechnica.
  16. Just be patient, 2008 may bring you your wish..........................I can say no more

Ring Karen, suspect she knows who they are and should be able to get you a contact number. Failing that contact Stu Vowles the Toyfair organiser, I have his email address if you need it. The Girl is are also at Westpoint. I've bought from them there and they are very helpful. If you can get no where bring the 7000 to Toytrac and I'll take it to Westpoint on October 28 and see what I can do. Also Try Britains Exeter office.

Who did you buy it from Mark? Either contact the seller or Britains direct and get a refund or replacement. Phone the Exeter office and ask for Customer Services. This is just not good enough. After getting my FTF6600 I said I would buy no more Britains tractors however I'm weaking on the latest CaseIH Puma and Maxxum. Need to see them in the flesh first.
  19. PS this is just the 1/32nd items!!
  20. It's a standard fit or a dealer option fit....farmer is using machines as delivered.
  21. As I said before no guarantee it's in every WHS, each branch seems to have a different periodical stock policy these days. If they stock Vintage Tractor then there is a good chance they'll stock Model Tractor but no VT and I doubt they will have MT.
  22. As far as I know what's due from UH is as follows. Not all these have been confirmed, some are just rumours!! Amazone Cultivator Amazone Seed Drill/Power Harrow Amazone UX5200 Sprayer Claas Scorpion 7040 Telehandler with Forks Claas Scorpion 7040 Telehandler with Grain Bucket Deutz K120 with Front Loader & Bucket Deutz K120 with Front Loader & Forks Fordson Power Major Horsch Terrano FX Cultivator Kramer 4507 Telehandler with Bucket La Campagne Bulk Twin Axle Trailer Lemken Solitair 9 McCormick MTX155 Silver on duals MF 35x Renault D22 Valtra T Series Black Diamond Valtra T Series Metallic Green Class Matador Fendt V209F Kommunal
  23. I think WHS Exter got it in Tuesday/Wednesday last week (11th/12th). It was in the Modelling section with the aircraft/military modelling mags. I saw none on sale at Shepton TF!
  24. Well I met Mandy, Marcus, Mark, Tris and Simon at Shepton Toyfair. Should have told us you were going Sue....I think most of us in the SW always go to Shepton. Exeter Westpoint on October 28th, last time that was a hundred times better than Shepton today.
