  1. That is the valtra part no. that was on the previous orange version, which makes me suspect that this is a left over batch of the old release that has come from somewhere, possibly returned by Valtra. The seller of the one on ebay told me there are only 340 coming to the UK this time round. Its not hard evidence but this supports the idea that a relatively small number of old stock are being distributed around, especially since they are coming via the regular UH dealer/importers and not the Valtra dealer network.
  2. Do you mean under the box or printed on the bottom of the tractor?
  3. This model was flagged previously in this topic http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,32024.msg676716.html#msg676716, but nobody seemed to know any more about it. I have contacted the seller to see if he has any more details as to how it is different from the previous model. However looking at the photos it does appear to be darker colour:
  4. Best way to find out is to use the advanced search and tick the box that says 'Completed Listings', this will bring up all the items that have finished in the last 30 days, whether they sold or not and how much they sold for. Also looking at current Buy It Now listings as powerrabbit says is a good guide, but bear in mind that many of these items are way overpriced, and your item will not make as much in an auction.
  5. Got a blue UH Valtra 6850 in the post today, £14.00 off ebay and delivered in 2 days despite the snow!
  6. More information on this would be nice. Its hard to see how it would be different from the metallic orange T191 already out, unless it came out in matt or gloss \
  7. RTE Player - just flick through and watch the interesting bits. It is an institution after all, besides Ryan is so funny to watch with his sarcastic comments that the children dont understand ;D
  8. Check out these children reviewing Siku's latest offerings on the toy show last night: http://www.rte.ie/player/#v=1085789 (skip to 53mins) Its good to see children get the same enjoyment out of toy tractors as I used to get when I was younger
  9. This is only a short spin for me Bill so I will go for a look all being well.
  10. No thanks necessary Bill, it is a pleasure to share the experience with my fellow FTF'ers. I'm not usually even that good at taking photos at shows, I generally spend all my time looking at everything and completely forget about the camera. I have to agree with the others about Damian's display, what he has created is more than just a layout, its a miniature artwork. He is a very nice fella to talk to too
  11. Never happens until the cold snap comes does it? I have similar problem at my house with an intermittent fault that prevents the boiler cutting in. Repair men have been out 5 times in the last month and still no better!!
  12. Lovely job there. The one in the photo behind is almost a carbon copy of the one at home; no dual power, short air cleaner, big door mirror bracket, original paintwork... Can I suggest you do something with the cab where it meets the bonnet at the bottom of the windscreen? If it was tidied up and made to go straight across it would really look the part
  13. Valtra N series, with lots of colour variations and loader versions of course!
