A lot of nice pics in that lot.
Probably because they tend to get relatively dry harvests
-
Only ever seen them at shows - you really need a fully fledged quad
-
Was that purple one not for a customer who requested it? But I think they had a card on it saying any colour scheme can be catered for.

North of England there might be some barley cut in July but I doubt it. Some OSR will be sprayed and may just be combined in July too. Wheat is months away.
have seen one farm doing it but the rest 2 to 3 weeks
One or two crimping at the moment.

Only the AS sides - I think he er took some measurements from the originals!
At the risk of upsetting some on here, the MX was noisy, bouncy, clunky but didn't pull to badly.
His Claas is just a year old but the main driver looks after it as if it were his own.

been helping a neighbour with silage recently. This has to be the most cost effective system around - he has 4 Kidd mowers 3 of which are ready to go and 4 Jag 61s 2 of which are ready to go! The trailers are grain trailers primarily which he made sides for.The 6290 is a neighbour and I'm using his mx135 for the day ( ) About a 2 mile haul so there was another Case and Ace10 but never got a shot of him!
We were up on the top of a hill overlooking Berwick - nice spot.
Looking over the valley to my farm!

Jees what a bummer Marky. Surely the insurance will cover that though - and the hire of replacements?
Just the thing to wake you up at 5:30 with.

Looks well, especially with no 'N'. You'll be surprised how much it will grow after the ear emerges if the weather is 'growy'

Here's a pic of the kit I think you may need. Just found at random on google. Not a genuine part at that price

Item 38137.
This is not a 'pick up hitch' so you will require a jack on your trailer.

What a huge post!
Some lovely machines there - pity about the weather.
To restore maintain and haul one of those steam engines around you need to be a real enthusiast with deep pockets.

Unsuccessfully dodging rain showers.....

No prizes.
Very egalitarian - everybody gets a printed coaster.
Pity about the weather; 30mm rain last night and heavy showers/wind today. We did need the rain though.

...and me ready for the off this morning.

Weather put the dampeners on this unfortunately with a very low turnout.........
Here are a few of the machines that did turn up. Nothing really exotic I'm afraid.

Here you go Mart. It's quite a big file so as not to lose clarity....
-
Good pics and a very interesting yard.
Is that way down at Reading by any chance?
-
well going to try to start to clean up & tidy my picture files on the pc , massey ,ford ,etc to be sorted into files , got pics scattered everywhere
That sounds like a winter time job to me
I'm off, in the rain, to our local tractor show........

I can remember one of those (brochures) kicking round the house when I was a kid
Malayan Hardwood - no wonder there's no rainforest left
3 tons was a big trailer then and could really give a TE or 35 a hard time
-
I can scan the page from the operator's manual if you still need it , Mart.

Thanks everyone including whoever changed my age to 75 ;D I'm pretty decrepit but not that old.
TT has actually been nice to me today - suspicious.

Looks like you baled out of the 6520 before it went over
