  1. I do enjoy doing little fiddly bits on models. Thank you.
  2. Thanks Chris. I haven't counted but well over a hundred.......
  3. Thanks, all. It wasn't all plain sailing, did have a fe problems on the way. Thanks, maybe I should grubby it up a bit.
  4. Judging by the number of new items you're producing, it's not big enough.
  5. A bit of a marathon viewing these great pics, never mind posting them - many thanks, David.
  6. Camera seems to be OK so far. I didn't realise you had so many 1:1 models lurking in the back garden.
  7. Thanks for all the kind comments. Well I thought I finished it tonight but looking at these pics I see a couple of things that need touching up/fixing tomorrow - hope it's a decent day to get some photos outside. Not sure about the rear hood 'canvas' - I tried fine cloth but it looked too rough and plastic, too shiny.
  8. Those old combines seemed like big machines in their day, but now look rediculously small. Nice photos.
  9. Thanks for the photos Mike. Some unusual models there. Some beautiful restored Ford/Countys.
  10. I don't know the real machine, but that is a beautiful model. The attention to detail on the airlines and round the cab is superb.
  11. Sorry young tris, but its definitely for me! I've had a good day at it today (snowed this morning then rained PM) Header trolley primed. Made some lights. Finally got to try the wheels on. And the grain tank lids, steps and mirrors.
  12. Quiet day tidying up fertiliser and seed bags and cleaning out the drill etc after a busy week.
  13. Thanks everyone. I hope to make a header trolley but the machine I measured (wish I had taken more pics) has been sold and a TX36 replaced it.
  14. Amazing attention to detail. I like the realism of the old and new sheds butted up to each other. You obviously keep your eyes open when visiting farms.
  15. Looking well so far. They're going to sparkle with 4 coats.
  16. Something fairly heavy? Not another digger
  17. Been saying that to myself everytime I go near it with glue.
  18. It's just made from plasticard and some odds and ends of plastic 'things' I keep in a box.
  19. I think all the parts are made now and mostly painted. Just hope they all fit together. The header almost complete and the engine etc. fitted. Tried the cab for size.Still got internals to fit.
  20. Looking very good so far. It doesn't look too far away from the 'old' AS Marston blue in your photos.
  21. Very smart outcome from that mix of donors. Superb (again)
