  1. Dropped off this Enorossi Batrake at the NEC in Birmingham today on my way back from Devon, LAMMA show preparations are underway
  2. It even fits to a tractor properly…..I’m improving 🤣
  3. Finally got back to this as some fools have managed to stop me from getting diesel to do my job🙄 First one is now assembled with just a few bits left to do. This is the version with rams on the legs, also got one with screw style legs. Legs are fixed in both cases as it would be too fragile if they moved.
  4. I had to print black filament at 230 degrees to stop the same issues you’re having from occurring. I’ve switched to a PEI bed now and prints not only stick better but come off easier too.
  5. Set this up this new Valentini 3.3m Apollo Rotavator for a customer in Dorset today, too wet to do much with it but certainly done a good job in the cover crop where we did test it out.
  6. We don’t just sell them in Devon, they’re all over the country. We tend to just do the 10 bale version but can also do 8 and 12 bale accumulators and grabs.
  7. Put the decals on this and another Tubeline 10 bale accumulator today ready for delivery. Still sell several of these a year.
  8. Brought this lump back down to Devon yesterday, Isuzu knew it was towing it 😂 Valentini Atena 3m wide stone burier. Bit like a rotovator only the rotor runs backwards and throws the soil and stones against a tine grill so stones drop onto ground under the loose soil.
  9. Nice work there. Wrong make sledge for me though 😂
  10. Yes, took a while to find the really small ones 😂
  11. Wheels arrived today so first test fit of them to a topper
  12. Nice. Spent 2 autumns/winters walking behind one of them in the late 90’s
  13. First 6 toppers just about ready for painting
  14. Thanks. As they are an open mould they do need sanding first as the resin is slightly uneven and also has a gloss finish.
  15. Might have got carried away with the resin…..
  16. Not looked at them yet, tried all the normal sources for wheels etc and had no joy so far.
  17. The wheels are the sticking point at the moment as only need to be 10mm in diameter
  18. Big steps forward now, main parts are all now moulded and cast in resin so let the fun begin!
  19. Resin top covers now cast to add weight to it, 2.5 hours to print them or 10 minutes to cast them…no brainier as to what’s the best option!
  20. Thanks. What I've done so far would have taken a long while to scratch build and not have been so refined or repeatable either. 3D printing has made it a lot easier to do.
  21. I’ve not sold you one yet 😂😂
