  2. i have to say it's the first time i have seen one of these before,i have to ask the same question as britfarmer , why?,can see what farmer says but surelly it's more limiting on the tractor than a normal front loader set up ,
  3. no problems civil, got a few bits to finish on both, which hopefully i'll be doing this weekend,so will get them up on here when done
  4. heck they'd better raise the RAF low flying limit with that thing tipping .nice model though nathan, what did you use to bond both halfs together on the metal bodys?
  5. not this one fenboy, usally keep the first one for myself but have some marstons ready to do so may do a few more, just in the process of getting a decent airbrush to allow me a quicker, better paint job
  6. how you do that farmer,i'm not even sure how i posted it twice, beyond me
  7. italy mate, just wondering why its posted this twice?
  8. hi all thought i'd post a couple of pics of my marshall prototype, decals are tempory paper ones, the proper ones are off to the laser printer next week hopefully, see how they come out, still needs the hose block added ect, just wondered what you thought
  9. havn't got a pic ihp but saw one the other day in the shop and would say it was slightly smaller, not by much though, looked a nice modle though
  10. on the same subject ,does anybody know what sort of spray lacker they use for the waterslide decals.i have some ready but not sure what to coat them in,someone said hairspray a little while back , but you can buy clear lackers for art stuff cheers sean
  11. i have to say looks an interesting conversion, but have never seen one in the uk,are they a european thing? or state side
  12. oh dave can you at least give us the make just to get our imagenation going
  13. THATS A GOOD IDEA ROB,WILL TAKE A BIT IN SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO.I CAN MATCH THE RED AND GREEN PERFECT JUST THE BLUES A PROBLEM,IT WILL ONLY BE FOR THE SILAGE TRAILERS NOW AS THEY DON'T MAKE THE BLUE GRAIN ANYMORE CHEERS SEAN
  14. yeah but no but yeah but no but you now farmer well he said it,and i was no were near it and, any way if you ask nicely they usally will have some round abouts ,even if its from the bin,we only use single strand stuff any way ,it coils into springs ect great,
  15. i use telecom wire, get it from work but if you ask most engineers you see by the road they probally would give you a bit,we all keep some on the van, comes in all colours and different diameters
  16. my other half is all for me collecting and doing the conversions, keeps me out of the way when she's doing her o u course.i only get bored otherwise and find something else to knock down and convert or move in the house otherwise ,she thinks this is a cheaper option
  17. i have never come across these.i have had one from new and still with it's box and never had these in it,is it from later versions,as mine is an early version ?
  18. cheers fenryk,i didn't know that white metal was that delicate.this must be why they used brass i asume.it does look like there's no joins on the fork so they must have done it the way you mentioned.not sure about the beat bucket though, lot of bends ect to that so would be a pig to mould from wax i would have thought
  19. they are brass fenboy.i bought the fork and bracket for my ts135 ,have to say they would have to be metal if you made a copy, the prongs on the fork look great but i don't think you would get them that thin and strong enough in plastic or resin, wonder if they could be made from white metal?
