  1. Getting the old case ready for new owner should be picking up tomorrow. My brothers said he'll miss this tractor. Very handy little tractor.
  2. Nice set up. Do you plan on doing any more?
  3. Seen a lovely looking combine this morning...... yes it was a John deere what looked like the T670i could be wrong about the model as I was going a little fast. was seen on A69 heading west on that section between corbridge and Newcastle. Also seen a big class torion loading shovel just before it. Nice bit of kit.
  4. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/saveourstan1?utm_term=5jQMGMkrp try this hopefully this works seems were having trouble as I couldn't post it on Instagram as well.
  5. I worked in motor trade for 5 years not as a sales person but the valeting department the thing is you have to stand your ground and be prepared to walk away you will always find the same deal if not better. Great work and happy motoring.
  6. Not sure this is the right place to post this but our family have been dealing with a long term illness. My son stanley was diagnosed at 16months with leukaemia on 7th march 19 he was rushed to Newcastle rvi with the disease and we were told he probably wont make it over the weekend. He had a mass of white blood cells that had gathered on his chest so they couldn't put him to sleep to get a central line in so had to have a triple groin line put in while still awake and we could not be there to hold his hand. Finally after a long fight with different chemotherapy drugs we got his leukaemia under control. That meant we could get him to bone marrow transplant. After 8/9week we were told he had relapsed and there was nothing they could do and to go home and make memories with the family. After that weekend we had to go back to hospital to get his bloods checked and our consultant had a small glimmer of hope he got Stanley onto a trial drug but it was only to prolong his life. After 9weeks been on chemo and this trial drug the consultant could believe how well it attacked the leukaemia cells this ment he could push for second transplant so over Christmas and new year he got the transplant and all was well in February we where allowed home. All was great untill the 8th of june when we where told the leukaemia had returned. And there is nothing the nhs can do for more treatment. The only hope we have now is getting our son to Singapore for car t cell treatment but we need to raise minimum 500.000 for the treatment. It's so hard but theres one thing that's been helping me sort of not going insane is been on this forum and building my diorama I know this sounds a bit mad but I do think its helped a lot. Taking my mind off of it. If it's ok I'm can I post the website to my sons fundraising and his Facebook page and Instagram page could you take the time to share it on any social media network kind regards lee Www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/saveourstan #SAVEOURSTAN Save_our_stan If this is not allowed by forum rules please remove the following
  7. Nice I still like that style we had a old f reg on the farm.
  8. That looks a tidy example of at jd. Nothing better than seeing them colours.
  9. Looks great. It'll look even better with everything else added just with the little massy it adds character. Great work I do like watching your progress.
  10. Wow some lovely looking models you have there
  11. Yeah we had Jefferson's tracktors at scalby that was a main dealer. So we used to see quite a few round hear. We had a 110 that we hired off of them when our ford cab set alight. Wasnt z bad tractor just looked the same shape as this one but a little taller and longer bonnet. Think the little 80 will be with us to the end as it's not woth selling on or trading it in. Think the 8210 will be next to go. The only other one I know of that's in good condition is H&H at Carlisle they have a same that they use with a silage trailer to hall the muck away to a field near by.
  12. Little same 80 explorer that gets used on straw chopper and leading round bales in with back spike at silage. IRS onva new to us kuhn chopper but dont ask what model it is my brother only picked it up the other day. I always thought this was a 90 but I'm wrong it's the 80.
  13. Your talking your self into the challenge.. Think you'll do a grand job going by your workmanship so far.
  14. Never ending I've found when building my layout your always thinking and have loads of ideas in your head to build and try out.
  15. And hand killers the second dat of stacking grabbing the strings. Trying to grab some *** along with the string to ease the pain or blisters.
  16. The days of small bales. My grandfather having cattle lorry we used to remove the containers off the big lorry and drag trailers, then just drive round fields stacking. Was always the farm labourer and my brother on the stack keeping it right. Me and my grandfather chucking them up. We would stack that high it had to be 3 different levels to keep passing them up. Then we would sheet them. Next few days were spent in yard chucking them onto the elevator think it was a listers engine one with wooden slats and the odd one missing. You dont see many small bales nowadays but then we don't get the summers we used to. We used to fill this stone barn to the rafters.
  17. True it is cheap real and probably looks the nicest when finished.
  18. Seen this last night, as I've been searching for a John deere that's a nice looking model. Think there's a similar one around the same price.
