  1. That's some work you've done there. What would a tanker like that weigh in real life? That's massive machinery to a hill farm like us. Think it would just sink into the ground, let alone widen all the gates to even attempt to get into the fields. Great work. Nice to see the build as well. Keep up the good work.
  2. Very nicely done mate I like that a lot something different. Great detail on it.
  3. I agree I wouldn't be handing my money over at that price. Someone will though.
  4. So I was watching one like this, was sat at £35 or so. Ended at £60ish. Said the reserve hadn't been met, so I messaged the seller asking them what the reserve was set at they said £125. And said these are one of a kind, as the 3050 only comes as a 2wd and they changed it to 4wd and added some extra detail.
  5. Haha I thought my bench has a hand full of different things going on. That's plenty work there to keep you going. My bench is a bit small realy so this afternoon I'll be making some shelving on the chimney wall to add more clutter
  6. Looking good, like to see it when its painted. Like the way people's work benches are full of bits and Bob's. Tonight I found my self at mine looking for the glue and I had to step back..right in front of my eyes. Nice work mate keep up the good work.
  7. That looks amazing mate very tide work. Love the look of the sleepers. Keep up the good work.
  8. It's never ending realy then. But as long as you enjoy it. Me been new to it, I'm finding it enjoyable. But its expensive as I have bought some old britains tractors and some new UH ,ROS Stuff that we had on the farm when I was a boy.but they'll be staying in the boxes.
  9. I must say now I've started I'm constantly looking out for things I can use and searching for ideas. Yours is looking fantastic that shed realy is looking good.
  10. I know this isn't that much money, but to me it seems a bit over priced. Ok I don't know that much about the cost of tractors and stuff but this 6820 I was watching and thought I'd have a cheeky bid last couple mins. Like everyone does. I was watching it at £19 thought it was at its max then ready as it £4 delivery and it had no rear hitch no box. Anyway its sold So I quickly did a Google search and you can buy a brand new one for £26.50. It just shows you how people get there selfs into a bidding war. I dont know it could have something custom done but I couldn't tell.
  11. Been removing the rest of the logs out the wood we have on the farm. Started this a few months back when the wether was a little cooler. These pics are from a while ago. back up there tomorrow to take down the wind blown trees down and hopefully get then ran out and stacked.
  12. Cool I'll be definitely having a go at this. Thank you for your help. I've got a long way to go before I start bedding down my cattle.
  13. Very nice work. Can I ask what you used for the muck. And bedding?
  14. Been having a go at making some wooden gates the spare hour I had today. Not finished yet just trying some opinion on how to do gate hinges.
  15. Have you. You from round there? Thares a big farm other side of them who has a couple john deere and fast tracks think theres a big massey as well. I dropped the wife and my son off at hospital the drove back down to take some pics. Looks like there a shed going up where there parked. Cool looking tractors.
  16. So driving to Newcastle hospital (rvi) just off the A69 near corbridge I seen 2 John Deeres what looked like 8440. So I'll be sitting in the carpark all day waiting on my son to get his treatment I might head back that way to get some pictures as you dont really see the older stuff like that round Carlisle Cumbria. Think one had a set of discs on.
  17. Very nice work on the 3350. Something a little different.
  18. Cool layout. As other people have said I really like this as is so different. And always seeing big brand new machinery on big farms. This takes you back and gives the younger ones a look on how it was. This is what it was like for my grandparents when the got there hill farm. Then things changes machinery got more modern stuff like David browns 990 and MF 135 165 come along like when I grew up on the farm. Very good layout keep up the good work.
  19. Very nice work your doing. I have a soft spot for the fords as we had a few on our farm over the years. But now my brother runs it is jd. Love the 7810 and the tw. You really do capture a good shot. Great work.
  20. I'm liking the Volvo mate. I'm a 2005 v70 p2 driver my self kept to see the finished product.
