Given Kenny and Shirley are moving to a larger hall in Gretna this year Paul are you planning coming up with your models in a 7.5 tonner
-
What really annoyed you today

Keep going at them Simon and I'm sure you will get there in the end. Don't give up because at the end of the day no matter what experience you have most employers will go for a qualified accountant in preference to an unqualified QBE. In addition the difference is salaries is quite a lot -
I have driven a friend's real one from 1948 and a real test Paul since the brake is for the left foot but the clutch is on the right foot like it's predecessor the Fordson N...very confusing from a part time tractor driver who expects the clutch on the left and the brakes on the right

Any jobs where you work Paul.....you seem to work hard and long and spend your money well like myself
-
Well only away for a week and it starting dinging down again last night as I was jet washing my car. Clear blue sky and sun out now so hopefully it will be short lived
-
I do like that Leyland and loader and attachments Paul....it so nice to see a rarer tractor as a model plus I have driven a Leyland carting grain and with a Cameron Gardner rear loader.Happy memories many many years ago and sadly no pictures of the L reg tractor.
-
Mine is the same Hajo maybe shortages of the tractor.
-
Excellent collection and photos Paul but watch an not loose the major off the trailer or your license could get a few points for an insecure load

Yes I'm really getting quite fed up with it Chris. One from around 6am then 2 from around 10am. I have finished my work from home day and I'm away out to clear again and well the sun is now trying to shire.

Quite a lot more snow yesterday afternoon and early evening so I left clearing until later so I only had to do it once.
-
It snowed off and on most of the day at Dyce...I even had to reverse park this morning instead of my normal drive through The roads home via Kingswell's then Westhill and Peterculter were fine but after a stop at the BP filling station and M&S at Peterculter the 4 mile journey to Drumoak was totally different....loads of snow....anyway I cleared a bit to get my car off road and now the snow has stopped I'm away out to clear the rest...good form of exercise I suppose but I'm beginning to get fed up of this white stuff. In fact I think I will work from home tomorrow since well I have had mum on the phone and my dad who is in his 83rd year still wants to go out and clear snow from his paths and drive and....why I ask he is no longer driving and has no need to go anywhere. I told her to make sure he does not go out and I will come across tomorrow and clear the snow just so he see clear lock block and slabs

Still around 3 inches taking residence on my Ivor William' s trailer...but hey ho it has a trade plate floor and is galvanised and is now in it's 21st year and has been a good buy for me....£ 1,800 so I have had it now for 20 years so it had done me well Drive cleared by hand Tonight it looks as although it is turning fresh

Good luck with the show Mandy.

White van drivers.....Harry..I always approach with care since I do not associate them as being professional drivers...but well that is my opinion and I'm sticking to it
-
So far today in Dyce it has been more hail or sleet than the actual white stuff Rob so I hope you get off
-
Its a useful 43 year old machine Philip. My dad has a yoinger one which reminds me I must fit a new cord to tye recoil starter and get it running again and get his garden rotovated after the ground dries up after all the snow
-
Only a dusting overnight and 2 to 3 degrees so I went the normal back roads to work. After 10 miles the drifts started shame they were all in downhill stretches Arrived at work to find my space blocked...but out with the shovel and that was rectified quite quickly.and then drove over the top f it.
-
I arrived home yesterday afternoom to another covering and cleared enough to let teh car off the road before yoking my trusting old Horward 350....no point in making work when you can do it an easier way. Fist thoough i had to check the oil levels...since well she leaks a lot of gearbox oil. On day i will have to bite the bullet and split her to sort that out but thtas a failrly long job.

Kemnay yesterday afternoon....some of the neighbour's were doing a bit of building....a snow castle perhaps
