I can't remember seeing Martin there Paul. He came up to Aberdeen for the first show but not last year. He has some amazing builds.

Well I had to refer back to my Britain's spreadsheet and see the dates of purchases from G&M...which stood at 239 back in the Spring of 2007....6 years on it has grown quite a bit. Again it was the first time I had seen RJN's models and was very impressed. Had there been a 1957 Nuffield Universal DM with sliding hubs like my own I would have certainly bought one of them.

Some amazing looking models produced by Andy there Paul. I remember first seeing him with some of his models at the National Museum of Rural Life at Kittochside East Kilbride when model shows were held there in 2005, 2006 and 2007 according to my Britain's purchasing records. I seem to recall you there with a Green Landy and canvas cover if my memory serves me correct I think me or someone needs to do an article on Mr Sewell's creations for Model FARMER

That in theory should be a relatively easy one Mike with a couple of wreckers max.... and the road closed... but things can go wrong.....anyway I look forward to seeing the photos of the recovery. -
Brings back found memories Paul. I drove an L reg circa 1972/73 7000 with a Howard spreader helping out at a friend farm in the 80's. A bit powerful beast and they had a Quickie loader for it and my friend always says he wished he had kept it since it was one of the best loader tractors he and his family had. Usual thing I suppose you needed to trade in to upgrade ...sorry no pictures to share only fond memories

Happy Birthday Brian. Only a samll portion for me at Gretna -
Yes Robert those were two small bench ones for £ 36 for two. Will use one on integral workshop and keep second one as a spare. The one I bought yesterday is for teh main gargage and weill it will be hand for the spray shed as welll since Im have some spray work coming up this year. I was at a builders merchant's for a door post for my garage and I saw one on offer reduced from £ 180 to £ 160 + VAT. Went home did a google and bought one for £ 150 + VAT delivered. They put out a good heat and are quite economical to run ...or so I'm told.
