whos is the nh combine tim ???

the broken down tx66 belongs to a contractor pattens of north curry and the cx belongs to a large arable farmer called mike limm at curry rivel

the bales from the baler seem quite good as they are already in stooks befiore they go in the baler we top and tale the stooks so the bale remains quite level when it comes out

What a fantastic few photos!! I love the Masseys on hay and that Howard Bigbaler is a proper relic. Not many of them to the pound these days, unlike the bales it made - you'd want a few of them for a tonne!!   Quite a contrast to the New Holland combines, the TX must be one of the very last is it?

yeah they were quick as well so it actually works out cheaper to get them in as opposed to trimming them ourselves renault was new to him this year with a 1 yr old trimmer and the nh 's trimmer will be replaced at the end of the year as it is 2yr old now and giving grieef

don't think the old db would lift the trailer when loaded i seem to remember asking years ago why there was a gate in a certain place and being told that was a gate for the db a silage trailer when it came down the hill so it didn't have to stop and could go straight into the next field!
