Eurodeere
So many great machines on their way, especially happy to see the 3120 and I hope there are more to follow. This is the only officially licenced 1455XL.
catkom3
Nice as it is,there's something wrong with the 1455XL's front grill, Regards Joe.
Tractorman810
was thinking the same mark, cant see them missing a function like that, might well be the repliagri ones have the same bit, as making hinges that small would be a pain to say the least
jakescot
that forschritt thingy resembles an old zetor crystal a bit does it not?.......... both eastern european........maybe ? The MB looks smart too
catkom3
I was thinking that as well, but there's no photo of the bonnet open in Schuco's news letter http://schuco.de/en/models/new_releases_i/edition_132/ihc_1455_xl.713.html Regards Joe. catkom3
I've just done a bit of net searching, and they have got it right, there is a curve in the bonnet, but there's a filler strip which they seem to have missed, Regards Joe
roberthenning
that forschritt thingy resembles an old zetor crystal a bit does it not?.......... both eastern european........maybe ? I was thinking the exact thing the other night, and made a few comparisions, not close enough for a conversion, but they do look very similar
jakescot
well the cab wouldnt have the proper slant but am sure that could be remedied???
roberthenning
Cab is miles off, would need a different one, altho with different doors it might be a bit like some of the english duncan style cabs?? I think when it arives judging from google pictures they are a much bigger tractor anyhow
jakescot
aye could be a bit big, the old crystal went up to 120 or 130hp tho didnt they?
roberthenning
Yeah i think they were 160ish with a turbo i know the 12145 series 6cyliniders were 120-
Eurodeere
Forschritt were built in East Germany. Their combines, foragers and swathers were imported into Britain by Bonhill Engineering. Bonhill evaluated the idea of importing the tractors and decided they were better off leaving them behind the Iron Curtain !!! The cab looks nothing like a Duncan. The model tractor is ideal for a diorama of an Eastern block collective and not much else.

roberthenning
Thats a nice feature, i was wondering what you would do with the exhaust if the bonnet was to open but by the looks of that it must be removable, need to be careful its not lost. Do hope there will be more deeres in various sizes and ages oh and is it just me or are the tyres rightly wore down on that IH ha ha! B O R
The jd looks 1/32 and looks good, but the rest look like a different scale and feature some very crude parts for 1/32,possibly 1/87........
