My example where the MF 6270 from my uncle and i drive the tractor now and then. http://www.tractorfa.../picture/41614/ The chasis is from the UH MF 3080 with the frontaxle of the UH MF 5480. Cab is a modifyed UH MF 5480 cab with the arches and roof of the Britains MF 6290. Rear hitch is from PMA. Stil need to do some minor poinst on the model. Hope you like the model and you think it looks like my example? Kind regards Johny

Tractorman810
thats nice work mate, how easy was the cab to convert into fitting the britains arches??
Johny mf
Thanks for the good reply´s lads. @Sean: i think it where about 5 hours to do that to get them go with the cab and sand them down and getting them straight. I used the platform of the UH 5480 also.

Niels
Nice model Johny but why the number plate in front of the front axle?
Johny mf
Thanks for the reply´s every one. @Dominic: I got the idea when i looked at Martijn MF his MF 6290 he used the Siku cab, at the time he was building it i already metioned to him i should use the UH 5480 cab instead of the Siku one. But some how he didnt wanted to do that (own choice ofcourse and his model looks also fantastic!) So that is why i had this idea. @Niels: i think this wil explain why it is on the front axle! : This is my example next to my own MF 165 (Sandy) Kind regards Johny
Johny mf
Ive modifyed the model a bit. The bonnet whas a bit to steep in my (and others) opinion. So here the result i placed it at the front a bit higer so it looks a bit better. I hope you like her better now? Kind regards Johny

michael6270
Thats a very nice model you have there. im not sure if it matters to much but you have the 5400 series exhaust on it rather then the 6200. it still looks really good though. your MF165 looks very well looked after. Johny mf
Thanks for youre reply. The exhaust is not that bad in my opinion but you are right that it is from a 5400 (siku 5455) Kind regards Johny
