0025
thought I would do this as I have an old play worn claas arion 640 and a loader which I have removed from my smaller 430, hear goes! my plan is to stick the loader on with pva as it is a nice flush fit with The larger
Stabliofarmer
I'd suggest going with something a more suitable than PVA as it wont bond that well to the metal.
Paul Palmer
and me James, pva is for wood really, that will not bond metal

0025
next step, i removed linkage arms of the tractor, any ideas on what i could cover the pto up with, or should i leave it like how it is?
0025
glued loader on, taken off both front wheels and put one back on, next job is gluing down the hydraulic pipes and fixing the other wheel...
mb86
Loader is a nice match for the tractor jack. What's the Sellotape doing? Could you not get in to drill some holes and screw the loader on while you had the wheels off?
0025
ah but it was easier how I did it anyway I've just about got it finished, on the front I used an old tyre like I have seen, the Sellotape was there to keep hold of mud guard so it won't fall off. 0025
well I took of the linkage and chopped the PTO of, then stuck on the tyre, like in real life, I like to think I've spruced up the model a bit. thanks for the kind comment Jordan! CX820Joe
Hi Jack - bumping this topic; sent you a PM but not sure if you've seen it. Just wondered if the Loader was difficult to remove, and whether taking it off means you couldn't re attach it at some point? I presume pipes would need cutting off
0025
Yea it just unscrewed, the hydraulics needed cutting, at the bottom.
