Jordan_coe2012
Something I've been meaning to do for a while now and it's for when I start a layout (God knows when) but most farms have one worn out in a corner/field somewhere. I have painted the cab yellow, added a ditching bucket, replaced the front tyres for mf 390 ones I had spare to make it a 2wd and weathered it. I've also ground the front teeth off the front bucket and added some fake Rams to it. Still got a lot to do yet but getting there.

Jordan_coe2012
Bit more done today. I've added some lines for the rear arm to slide side to side and lots of rust maybe a little too much but it's not finished just yet.

Jordan_coe2012
Thank you for your kind comments. I've been adding some green to replicate the moss like layer it gets once stood for a while but may have gone abit over board, it's now covered haha, also weathered the wheels and tyres too. I think that's it for now before it gets too much so here she is finished.
Tractorman810
sweet work, prob is now Jordan, the inside looks immaculate, plus there's to much glass left in the cab,by the time they get to that stage very few have a complete set of glass left in them
Jordan_coe2012
Thanks Sean. Haha that's true I did think about taking it apart but it looks like a nightmare. Didn't even think of taking some glass out of i did could do it through the hole!!
Tractorman810
I saw somewhere a guy who made a busted window in something, but in place still, like it had a hole in it and had shattered/ cracked , will try and find it as he showed how he actually did it. Stabliofarmer
Don't think its me you're talking about but I did put a smashed window into my 3CIII without removing the glass. Can't really see in the photo but it was just a case of drilling a hole into the glass and then scratching the plastic with a sharp pointed tool to make up the spider web shape. Looking back on it I'd drill a number of small holes in the same area in a circle and push out the hole, then jagged up the edges of the hole and add some big crack lines turning into the spider webs as its more likely that a rock etc would but a hole much larger than the rock itself in the glass and crack the entire pain than create a bullet hole like mine. Tractorman810
Not seen yours, but it's clever ,I think the one I saw was on gpt on a well weathered tractor, just been looking for it,but no joy yet,
