I'll look out my old paperwork and let you know mate They specialised in Landys... Tried LRO mag mate I plan on buying LRO asap to get the details of the insurers. I even went to their offices... they are on the fancy science park in Cambridge... powerrabbit Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 Whatever insurance co you go with you have to know exactly what they cover for the premium, enquiries for price should be based on a like-for-like quote. some companies will quote you one price for a particular vehicle and another will give you a totally different price for the same vehicle but what will actually be covered by the cheaper quote will invariably be less. I'll give you an example-: My Discovery premium is ?194. ?100 excess, that's for fully com, 66% no-claims discount protected (will not lose any no-claims no mater how many prangs in a year) for life, contents of vehicle, includes anything being carried such as tools etc, towing, loss of load and whatever is being towed is covered even if it belongs to someone else, windscreen/windows. That's with NFU Mutual. Thats about it in a nutshell. Perhaps this should be split to a seperate topic. Insurance Premiums. What do you get for your money?
