Thats the problem at the moment!!! Wait and see Sunday what else is coming ha ha!! Been an expensive week to say the least. Put another 2 bays on the front of the shed today got the framework sorted just the cladding and roof to go on, then possibly another bay on the side for the baler

only thing left for sunday is a tractor with front loader? or a combine, either way the barns gonna get bigger i suspect :D

I wish it had a loader, desperately needed. Im gutted as 2 weeks ago i seen a loader at a sortout for one for £125 all complete with a bucket, but i thought its too small for my leyland so left it. 2 weeks on and i bought a tractor it was meant for.. So annoyed

Well its Finally here, a 1970's Leyland 154 with 600 hours on the clock, which are believed to be genuine. Local tractor bought to a house 6 miles from my house for mowing, and sat idle for 20 years before joining a local collector who used it a bit at hay, It comes with a full set of brand new (or very nearly new) Goodyear tyres which came with the tractor originally but never fitted due to the turf tyres being fitted, it has been replaced with lorry tyres on the rear but i'm going to replace them with the proper ones hopefully next weekend.

Great find Zac, will look all together a better tractor sat on the Ag tyres :)

Definitely. Question is do I respray the time first or fit them as are. 1 is better than other and worse one is really rusty but only on surface.  Need a pair of front rims too as want to be able to swap between ag and  turf should I need it. 20190331_171736.thumb.jpg.f195873a291fdbdeb9b51214cbc81920.jpg

I'd say give them a spray before you fit them Zac, makes sense then it's a job done that can be forgotten about,  there's nowt to say the new fronts might not need a tickle and a spray so might be better to do the lot ;)

i guess your next dilema is ,silver as they are now,or yellow as per the current ones fitted. what would the industrial ones normally have hub colour wise, the one i pass every now and then,a 285 i think ,  with loader,is all yellow inc loader and hubs,on agri tyres, looks to have always been that colour and not resprayed

As Paul says they should be silver with Yellow hubs. The ones fitted at the moment are the original front rims painted yellow but the rears custom made to take lorry tyres. I'm going to keep them as are and get another pair of front rims so I've got the choice between both, seems silly for 150 quid to keep changing the front tyres over each time.
