Christoph1972
Hey guys, I like to introduce my Krampe TW 900 tipper. This type is one of my favourites tippers. So I decided to rebuild them in scale 1:32. Let’s the pictures speak: Here some pictures of the building phase: Here some pictures of the paint job. I had really really trouble with the paint job. The paint job of the back door was pretty good. But than I ran into multiple issues. A white film was on the paint. And there where cracks in the paint. I decided to sand the whole tipper, and respray them with a filler. The sanding was a really ugly job but necessary. I started to paint the tipper new, but I runs into issues again….. I could cry at this point! I decided to remove the whole paint. What a terrible job, I spend hours of hours to remove the paint! It took three runs to got a perfect cover. I was not able to finish the paint job, I was to angry and afraid to get a good result. Finally a friend of mine did the final paint job. But know I am really happy with the result. Tilting is possible. I look forward to your replies! Kind regards Christoph
