One I did a while back, I dont know if it got on here or not. One of a few ones I wanted to keep hold of in my cabinet. Not done many Fords, I'm a green man on the whole. But this was enjoyable. I'd like to do another one. Probably be a bigger 6600 though for me. Getting hard to find though these days the base models... shame as they have allot of potential and strip down nicely. Back wheels can be a little tight but that's it.

I think it was the whole front end of the 3 6, not just the engine. I might have a brochure hiding away somewhere or it will probably have info on it in the ford bible. I’ll have to dig it out and check.

Yes you are correct, I got it the wrong way round, it is a 3600 engine in a 4600 rear end. :wacko:

The 4100 is a 3.0 litre 52 HP  ..The 3600 is a 2.8 47 HP.  The 4600 a 3.3 L 62 Hp as is the 4000. That's the power difference .. 4100 on a 4600 rear end .. no tombstone up the front ether.  The 4110 uses the 4600 3.3L derated to 58 HP.. 4610 same 3.3 upped to 64Hp.
