NIGEL FORD
While at it thought I'd show you the worst wheel melt I've ever encountered, (9422 /3 image)on a couple of Forma Plast Fiats that I picked up recently very reasonably: 780/880DT so I've modified some tyre and wheel castings I made years ago to customise them. Had to look up what the stud arrangement was on the real 4wd especially though they'd got the rears on both as 6 stud when they are 8. Edited September 4, 2021 by NIGEL FORD added second image number, though they don't show I see!

He pulls for his club chipping yfc and a couple of weeks ago it was lancashire area competition which they won so went as lancashire A to the northern area [The top two go through as A and B ] There was ten teams from Lancashire, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Northumberland split into two groups of five, so they only lost one end in there league so progressed to the semi as top of group, and top of the group pulls second from the other group in the semi and won that to set up a Lancashire/ Yorkshire final which was a close battle but they came out on top so now they go to stafford show ground as northern area A [B goes as well] to pull against the best from the other areas of Britain. So was a proud moment yesterday a feat me and my team never managed to do back in the day having been third at northern area four times i think it was [Matt is third from back] Cor, tug-o-war, you find muscles acheing you never knew you had. Battle YFC beat the South African national team (long before I was in it!) in the early 70's.

Valley Axe Man
And a few more..... The JD green and yellow Marshall 100, is one of 3 produced for a farmer in Lincolnshire who predominantly ran a fleet of Deere tractors, but after a demo was so impressed by the Marshall's performance 3 were ordered on the provision they were painted in the John Deere colour scheme.... all 4 Marshall's belong to the same family based not more than a good stone's throw away from where they were standing and share shed space with an 804 and a 125, and also the freshly restored 904 seen below
