Took some pics around the farm today with my new camera:

Here's the farmhouse - it was the original counthouse for the failed mine, and was then owned by the Methodist Church:

Then is the trout lake, which was dug out of a boggy field - it's about 1/4 acre and is fed by numerous springs:

Then we visit my neice, Chloe and the famous Holly in the yard:

And some of my sheep in our main field, which is full of granite boulders:

Then we have the infamous Ford Tractor:

And this one's just for Marky:

Terrible isn't it... but the ponies are employed trimming around another field at the moment, and they normally do the lawn

Just one thing though and I will stand to be corrected, you have lived here for a number of years I would guess and so will know the lay of the land all to well but I am sure, positive if I may be so confident that that  aforementioned 'granite boulder' is actually an upside down bath tub!!

Very well spotted Tris... the bath tub is on it's way to the second field to be used as a water trough... it started its migration about a year ago and hasn't got any further... I really don't have time for this farming lark
