Aluminium Mesh

Jez

Question

I found this in Halfords earlier today.

It may be a cheaper alternative to some model shops. It is in the body repair section and only costs £1.49 for an A4 sheet.

Agent Jez, signing off.

found another fine solid mesh the other day, they use it for covering the tops of snake tanks ect, its a black plastic coated on,and the holes are square 1.5mm in size, prob is its about 10 quid for a sheet 1.5 ft x 3 ft long

Well while this has been re started I will add my bit.

If you are really struggling and have a few pennies try a cooking shop and see if they have any mesh covers to go over wok's and frying pans.

I bought one a while ago when I was in sainsbury's.

Pics if needed............  ;) ;)

Ok this will sound poofy but, go to a bulk fabric store, and you know the mesh fabric that is used on totos and that sort of thing, use that, i use it for silage covers on trailers, it has diffrent gap sizes

If anyone wants any of the Halfords Isopon type mesh come and see me at Spalding as I have found somewhere local that does it at a lower price than Halfords charge for it so will have some with me ;):)
