Big A Posted June 15, 2008 Author Share Posted June 15, 2008 The person you hired the tractor off must be understanding Andy as the minute you mention hedge/verge cutting to someone here when hiring one they practically escort you off the place :D Do you find the hydra-cushion arm float a big help with the verges? we hired it from the dealer we bought the ts from, hes quite happy for us to use it till we get the ts. i didnt think he would be to keen on the hire for a hedger. i find the float is handy doing flat verges but i tend not to use it on the banks as it seems to always want to dig in. Big A Posted June 26, 2008 Author Share Posted June 26, 2008 its a bomford B49, when we start the next cut the old man will have the spearhead 550 on the ts115 and i will be on the renault swapping between the bomford b49 and the orsi road 200 mower, depending on the roads i'm on. Big A Posted July 13, 2008 Author Share Posted July 13, 2008 she looks nice,how many hours on her ? just bought a spearhead highway 565 lump of a thing the massey 3095 will be on her 3300 hours on a Y plate seemed low to me, those mowers are very heavy, i know of 3 on the go and they need front wieghts on the tractor. Nice looking tractor you got there Andy.
