The person you hired the tractor off must be understanding Andy as the minute you mention hedge/verge cutting to someone here when hiring one they practically escort you off the place :D :D

Do you find the hydra-cushion arm float a big help with the verges?

we hired it from the dealer we bought the ts from, hes quite happy for us to use it till we get the ts. i didnt think he would be to keen on the hire for a hedger.

i find the float is handy doing flat verges but i tend not to use it on the banks as it seems to always want to dig in.

its a bomford B49, ;)

when we start the next cut the old man will have the spearhead 550 on the ts115

and i will be on the renault swapping between the bomford b49 and the orsi road 200 mower, depending on the roads i'm on. :)

she looks nice, how many hours on her ?

just bought a spearhead highway 565 ;D lump of a thing  :D the massey 3095 will be on her  ;)

3300 hours on a Y plate seemed low to me, those mowers are very heavy, i know of 3 on the go and they need front wieghts on the tractor.

Nice looking tractor you got there Andy.

So is going to be your tractor Andy or are you staying with the Renault?

i will use it for the wrapper as it has more oil flow but most jobs i will still have the renault
