  1. Taarup mower and the baileys very nice sir πŸ˜‰
  2. Hi all, looked through my spares box and have this two ebay buys to make up a siku john deere 7530,unfortunately for me the cab is trashed as all the glazing is scratched but I think its a model worth saving and restoring if I could find a new cab for it. So my question is would anyone know if a siku jd 6920 cab is a good fit on to the floorpan or is it 7530 cab fit only? I know the glazing bars on the front screen is one difference between 20 and 30 series. And would any members have any of the cabs in there spares box they would be willing to part with,as I can't find either on the internet at all,Thanks Jamie
  3. That massey 8s looks spot on R38's,nice looking yard too filled with nice modelsπŸ˜‰
  4. There is some wiking fendt 828 wheels on ebay at the moment but they might be too big for a 700 series really and the tyres aren't great either but cheapish. I'd go for U.H valtra t wheels like phil did or maybe U.H kubota m7172 rims and tyres would look good, problem is finding donor models for a cheap price now.
  5. I really like your mf 8280 Paul, would look great pulling a simba cultivator from that era
  6. I hope it's a cerea combine and a new 7s would be tempting also
  7. Looks good with the new wheels and the chandlers dealer sticker,my local mf dealer up here
  8. thought you had been quiet on the forum John, now we know why!! fantastic builds I really like the haybob
  9. air suspension as well,nice!!
  10. looks much better on those rims Phil, good stuff. whats happening to the green one in bits then?
  11. A rough unboxed britains krone big pack baler to rob the wheels off it for a trailer πŸ˜„
  12. looks really good, sort of setup you would see on a turf farm
  13. One been done in the link Nigel Britains John Deere 4040S - Latest Tractor Conversions & Scratch Builds - The Farm Toys Forum
  14. looks a good model Paul one of UH's most accurate, only seen one up my way linked to a amazone six furrow plough back in febuary,
  15. nice job Phil looks miles better, spose the siku axion wheels would be a cheap choice for wheels to use as well.
  16. the smell of the grease will make it more realistic Joe πŸ˜„
  17. Not seen one here in south lincs where its arable land, brassica and spud growing country, only seen 3 cnh half tracks deffo a lot more full track machines about from cat mt's ,fendt, those new ertl britains jd rx four trac jobs and the older jd rt's be seen here, wonder if the half trac idea has not caught on possibly. Most tyre manufacturers market there tyres now as radial and tell the driver to have the right psi in them for the job.
  18. couldn't refuse a brand new 936 for Β£41 delivered, wider tyres and maybe paint the wheels will be the only mods
  19. Going to commit and pop in seeing as its only ten minutes down the road, anyone offering px's so i can upgrade to some new kit.
  20. painting any massey with the right wheel colours always makes an improvement and with the cab packer and weights it looks spot on,I personally still prefer the old 8480 to these though
  21. Just looked at the last few pages, fantastic scratch build trailers you have made up John, and the marshall spreader is top notch too
  22. fantastic model you have made there, very impressive πŸ™‚
  23. Bought four ros rear 3 point linkages from france to replace U.H rear linkages on some of my models thinking they would be better than the artisan 32 ones, couldn't believe it that there worse, hardly move up and down what a waste of money.
  24. The more rural location seems a better setting for a model tractor show dare I say.I might go haven't had a jab yet though and I hate wearing those face masks for longer than ten minutes
