  1. Well done you two Class Clowns!!! About time for a growth stage photo isn't it? Or will you wait until you have the said rosette to pose for the local papers with?!
  2. Some nice implements in that lot. .. .. Kuhn, Amazone, Fliegl and others. Maybe in a few years we will see McConnel, Simba, Sumo .. . . .. \
  3. We aaaaaaaaaaall appreciate you 'sensibilities', Mandy!!
  4. Yeah we have some at the log yard for delivering to the ironmongers in town and some we get 56 nets of logs in and others 70 And then there are smaller boxes I think were onion boxes and so on. I have one of those for a temporary log store. Ideal as they are slatted so get the air around the logs nicely.
  5. Roger that!! You got it mate. Saw three BT vans working between Liskeard and Callington on the way home. ..
  6. And a very nice old Scania in the background this time too, Johny. Did your girlfriend like the drive?
  7. Ah haaa!! Yes I do remember now, it will be a smart bit of kit when it's done I should say
  8. Nope, Cornish Orchards Black and Gold was one which hit the back of the throat with perfection, went to their Orchard and bought a box to bring back. Also tried Skinner, a Cornish lager and that was pretty smooth too. :)
  9. When Mike said to me "You should have seen the t1ts behind Barry's stall" I thought he mean't Barry and his mate!! I nearly fell into me laptop then. ... there would have been no saving me if I had!! (Or your missus!!!) What a steal to have the UH prototypes on the FTF stand, Andy. Excellent work getting that sorted and the raffle was a nice touch as well.
  10. Wisdom tooth on the move all week while we have been away. Cider is not a bad anaesthetic though!!
  11. Mark is it a funnel type thing for boxing up the vegetables? \ Or something to do with packing for shop sales?
  12. The New Holland combine was a nice find Niels, I think I have 'a few' of them in the attic waiting for a rainy day :)

    ROS 2011

    And make it a 32 or 34
  14. Staying near Looe, Sean. Been around the port towns each day, Eden Project, Monkey Sanctuary, Charlestown. . . . eating well too, great seafood down here
  15. Small touches - BIG effect. You do a great job of your models
  16. I see one photo has Tong's Photography - no apostrophe in Tongs Superb photos, very very nicely done and would look great on a business card or headed paper for a business. Could you replace the name with a smaller symbol though? \
  17. Glad Grahams hard work went to an appreciative new home, Mike. Also nice to see someone else take it on in their own form and show it here on FTF so all the members who remember it in its past life can see it in its new life. Great buy and hours of fun for you so far no doubt, I hope there are plenty more too. :)
  18. Came home from work to find the scaffold tower up Got a bit more mortar to get out but hoping to start pointing over the weekend. Trouble is, I'm sat in East Tilbury waiting to deliver a set of Quivogne discs & we're off to Cornwall for the week on Monday
  19. Popular use for telegraph poles that is, the farm I do some work on has a big heap of them. Every time we need a corner post or strainer that is what we use. We built a small corral a few weeks ago and again made use of the poles. Mysterious Mandy!! A treasure trove of a website she has, it's a one stop shop when it comes to details for your layout Look forward to seeing more soon
  20. I seem to remember a certain chap once saying "I'm only going to build short runs for the shows" but he never said how many different runs there would be!!  Glad you've got a lot to offer at the show mate, each one that leaves your hands is worth every penny.
  21. Just had a look at the photos from the earlier posts a few pages back. .. Are the weights on the slant a bit? Like the shape in the back of the wafer weight where it sits on the weight frame has been cut out at the wrong angle and now they point up in the air? The nine whole draw bar is a great idea for a little addition though and the detail throughout the tractor looks great. I have to say for the price tag of the Limited. . .. . I'd sooner take a DBP home.
  22. And half of it would be on the floor. Foragers have a lot of blowing power and without sides you'd lose a hell of a lot. So no, I don't think it would be feasable.
  23. Cheers Atte. Better have a think about one of them!
  24. Got the 2640 dropped off at another shipping company in the end and headed up to Cheffins. Loaded up 2x MF165's, a 178 and a 590. Now parked up just outside Bicester for the night. Will leave here at 5am, back in the yard for 7.30 and then up the wood yard at 8am 'till 6.30 I expect.
