  1. I'm not quite sure you are tight there on the Puma...I think the T6090 is the Puma 165 CVX (i.e. short wheel base) - whereas the the Puma 230 is the same as the long wheel base T7.270 (as NH used boosted HP not rated like the Case numbering) which is the same as the T7070 but with the newer engine.
  2. That's a pretty interesting list...the Case Puma is surprising as my understanding is that this is basically the same machine as the NH T7000 machines (which are made in 1:32 by Ros) - perhaps the NH T7 will be coming from UH later this year rather than Ros.... Am I right in assuming that the Steyr is the same/similar base unit as the NH T6020? The list also doesn't include some of the other recently announced items from UH - like the 1:43 Fiatagri model...
  3. Best on the slightly wierd translation, it appears to say the JD is an upgrade - so surely it is likely to be a rework of the current 6930 isn't it? And presumably the 939 is just a rework of the current 936... So do we think this means the NH rumours are wrong and there won't be a T8? Wiking normally only seem to produce about 1 model per year so it seems unlikely that there is going to be this NH model as well...or have I missed something?
  4. I think that's it - blue loader, oval lights and mudguards. It looks like you'll need to merge the two UH models to get an exact match as your Uncle's machine has the older square type!
  5. Isn't the Britains T6020 just the older Britains T6070 model rebadged and with a loader attached?

    Ertl 2011

I think both T8s (32nd and 64th) are duals all around - based on the wording in the catalogue next to the picture.

    Ertl 2011

The bigger T9 looks great and better than the Britains version with only single wheels - the smaller one looks a bit odd, but it maybe a prototype perhaps. The T8.390 sounds good with duals all round...it's going to be an interesting year for this T8 as it sounds like there are now 3 to look forward to - Ertl, Siku and Wiking. It's interesting that Britains aren't including it in their line up - I guess Siku must have the European rights to it. Interestingly the 1:64 T8.420 also supports the rumour I mentioned in the Wiking topic - that the real life model will be released later this year as it's not currently a model that exists in the T8 line up (the 390 is the biggest to date)...I'm slightly surprised NH let Ertl let the cat out of the bag in their catalogue!
  8. So what is actually different on this version...so far I have: - Loader is blue, not black - Front mudguards Anyone spotted anything else different? Have a look on G&M site if you haven't seen it - an updated version of the NH T6020 model
  9. 1 more..overall, great model...not a Wiking, but still very good
  10. here we go...significantly better model than the Replicagri 8560....
  11. Just picked up one from G&M - first out the box I think. I'll put pictures up later - but it looks great! Was hoping to pick up the 6f Kuhn plough to go with it but sadly out of stock. Feels like a good year for blue fans coming up. I might buy another and rebadge to a T7.210 or whatever it should now be.
  12. Anyone happen to know the diameter of the old style Britains Ford 7710/5610 rear wheels. Trying to source some flotation tyres and want to make sure they will fit ok.
  13. In fact I think I also saw a rumour somewhere that NH are going to release a T8.420 (or similar) at either Sima or Agritechnica so perhaps it will align with that
  14. If this is correct, then that's great news!
  15. Would 160hp be sufficient to pull this setup - those subsoiler tines would need quite a bit of grunt to get them moving - at least on heavy land?
  16. There's no reason you couldn't do something like/ in conjunction with Imber rather than relying on Britains (which is effectively a US company now)...put our money where our mouth is so to speak.
  17. So does all of the increased margin get passed onto the retailer/reseller? If so, presumably they could choose to continue to sell at 45 pounds if they are happy to operate at lower margins?
  18. Repliagri NH 8560 (cab isn't quite so bad in real life - not right of course) UH Vadetstad 800c Drill - very nice and hitching onto the back of the Xerion 5000.
  19. How about a Claas Xerion - either the UH 3800 or Wiking 5000? They would look good with both of the rigs that you mention?
  20. All the various New Holland bits coming out:- - replicagri 8560 - uh t 6090 - britains t9.390 or T9.670 (interested to see what the difference will be between these - guessing one will have duals and one won't based on the price differences) -siku t8.390 Plus anything else that comes along in ford/nh colours - a ford 8210 and tw35 would be ideal (and sell like hot cakes I reckon based on the 7810). Also planning a forage setup - trying to decide whether to base around the Siku Claas Jaguar or the new Krone from UH. Also looking to complete my early 90's 100hp set so the Britains 1056 and hopefully a JD 3350 from somewhere ( to go alongside the ford7810, mf 3090 and the fiat 100-90). Finally, really hoping that someone starts making some of the classic JD 50/55 series in 1/32. I reckon these would sell astonishingly well. I could get the custom versions but if I start spending that kind of money on models then I'll have to stop eating...
  21. 1. Schuco MF Fortia combine 2. Wiking Xerion 5000 3. UH New Holland T6020 4. Ros New Holland T7070 Blue Power 5. Schluter Profi Gigant 6. Ros tri-axle cargo trailer 7. Norscot Challenger MT765c 8. Norev Claas Dominator 9. Norscot CAT Lexion 10. UH Ford 7810
  22. Unless they are doing a full dualed and front linkage version of the T8 I guess.
  23. You may be right as I hadn't realised there was a real T9.390 - it seems odd that there is a T8 and T9 at same HP level but guess the T9 is better for dragging big US cultivation rigs. Seems odd that Britains would have two very similar models as well in the same year...but based on those prices I'm guessing you must be right.
  24. http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,32198.0.html I'm working in the basis it should be a T8.390. I would be amazed if they didn't as they have the licence for the T8000 and it is a very simple bonnet and blue paint change from the case magnum they have already listed.
