Well had a busy day today as the main lorry driver was off ill, and his rigid lowloader was in the garage, so ended up driving the strallis today, only problem is it doesn't have ramps, which means everything has to be lifted on with the hiab, can honestly say I required a clean pair of pants after lifting a 6 tonne doosan off of it. Tomorrow I will hopefully be back to the comforts of my desk, and maybe sneakily take the afternoon off for a couple of pints with my brother...

Cheers Lads, Well today consisted of saying good bye to 3 2010 JCB 3CX's and hello to a JCB 3CX, JCB 4CX and a JCB 8085zts to join my one, 2 Doosan Midi Diggers leaving tommorow morning, not decided on replacements for these yet as I'm unsure on weather there's enough work to warrant getting 2 new ones, just getting rid of all the 2010 machines with over 3000 hours of the clocks, busy times in the yard just now, unsure weather the the js220 long reach is leaving or if we'll put another 1000 hours on it and decide then.

Originally offered her £250 but was addiment she wasn't taking anything for them, stuck a crisp 50 note in her sons hand on the way out and that was that. I've also gave him a two week trial a couple of weeks back, starting monday, he's a good lad, got a good report from his previous employer, just have to see how things go, might be job for him, if there's more models for me... -

Got a phone call from the secretary in the office saying her son had some farm models and was going to be throwing them out, and asked me if I would like them, so I went round to meet said woman, and came back with these, she said I could have then for free, I gave her son £50. -

Booked flights, for my self, my manager, and the big boss who I'll be taking over from in may, out to Munich for BAUMA next month, and tickets for Plantworx in Coventry in may, could be a rather expensive 2 months for the company, in search of a few new machines, and possibly some sort of satellite kit for one of the d7's
