  1. That would probably be the 718 that is due out at the same time as the lorry is I would imagine
  2. But next Monday never comes because by the time it gets here it's this Monday :D
  3. Too soon to tell, this one had a massive 4 hours on the clock when I thrashed it.....I was told to drive it like I hated it which wasn't difficult :D
  4. Funny you should say that Colm, they now have a brand new MC135 on the spud job along side our 1 year old one and we all like the older livery and decals better, just doesn't look right with the dark grey chassis and engine. Its fun thrashing the nuts off it trying to run it in though
  5. If you remember Tris, I went through all this with the first beet harvester model I painted, some of which was caused by washing up liquid. glad its taken ok this time though, nothing worse than a paint job going wotsits up
  6. Did you wash it with fairy liquid Tris as that has oil in it that will cause this to happen
  7. Welcome to the madhouse Forum Linus. I'd go with Profi as well, if you like to see tractors really tested and detailed info thats the one. I subscribe to it myself as you can get some good offers when you do so
  8. Nice pictures I'd say it was an 800 series Ares, probably an 836 going by the wheel height and the fact it has rear wheel weights fitted
  9. Either that or sniffing the contents of his waste trailer :D :D
  10. Well I'm sure I can see some wildlife with broken legs after walking down your furrow and over your ploughed work so I would expect a phonecall or two :D
  11. Looks like you've been having fun mate.....just one thing though, have you had a phonecall from the RSPB or RSPCA yet?
  12. you were beaten to it :D :D http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=17794.msg310446#new
  13. I'll look at the pictures then pass judgement Barry :D
  14. Tell me the location and I might come along as I need a good laugh day out :D
  15. Just one pic from today as we were busy pushing them through the grader off an ECE 12 tonner and Bunnings 14/18 tonner trailer. Grader is an old Peal machine
  16. Creative licence Jez, see what people want then decide which one you would rather build :D :D Mind you this poll has been doctored by members of my bretherin so many times who knows what should be where on it Nice work Ian, looks spot on to me
  17. I may have to go look in the loft on this one for you, I'm sure about 8 or 9 years ago these were a feature in the 'Practical Farm Ideas' magazine, detailing how they were built and why they were built, not sure if I still have it or if it got binned in the house move last year though \ It certainly made an interesting read at the time
  18. As the potatoes are going straight to the processors then there is no need to have the grader and bulk trailer system on that farm, especially as the land is so light and sandy, however we will be on bulk tipping and graders tomorrw as the Desiree that we are lifting have about 20% wastage in the crop due to blight and water logging, the 4 pickers on the harvester can't get the rotton spuds and the clods of earth off quick enough \
