there is a snag with having it there, all the sh1t from the straw chopper ends up on top of it, how much depends on how good the cover is. Our early Lexion just has a mesh guard on it and has caught fire once in the V of the engine, its blown out daily as well with a road compressor

I have one of the earpiece type ones and find it very good and useful, means not only am i legal but in a field both hands are free for headland turns as well

There's afew growers about here in East Anglia who start them off under fleece or polythene to get them to crop earlier

They will be out in the Fens and in this area, theres a lot of salad potatoes grown here as well as maincrop ones

Its a long standing debate on here about whether there are any white roofed New Hollands out there, we all know the Fords were, its just finding a NH model like it

We looked into this at work Ben as we have them in all our machines, apparently as you have to actually push a button to speak it is not classed as continuous conversation so is still within the law at the minute, besides which if it wasn't they have contradicted themselves because when we move oversize vehicles now we are supposed to be in radio contact with the escort vehicle, how can you do that if you can't use them? : :D

Looks good, still think the Case STX looks better though,don't know which one performs better. I just turned down my dream job to be main driver on one if only the company in question had a better history \

But they do also have a JQ engine fitted to them :D (hows that for support Phill )

But it does share the same gearbox as the MF tractors so its not total loss to the red things :D :D

But i am working on converting him as he will be driving a Renault for his summer job so all is not lost, may be able to save him yet :D

I have had trouble with Citylink and Parcelforce, never interlink though, parcel didn't turn up for 2 days although it was on overnight. Both the sender and myself got onto them and they said they had tried to deliver it and left a card, all i can say is they must have used invisible cards and drivers as i was in all day and no one came

I thought it was only Parcelforce who done that to parcels \

Spoke to a dealer today while i was in there who specialises in the older stuff, he says that as its not a series II, but an original one it would probably be worth ?2-2500 tops, not as desirable as the later ones unfortunately

I can vouch for that, we had rats get into our 4m Sulky box drill over winter, they've eaten every single seed roller out of the drill :o
