  1. i drove one of those about two weeks ago nice and quick it is and very smooth does that one have torque lock gav ???

Couldn't tell you as i was only on it for a couple of hours. We also have an 04 plate 526 there and out of the 2 both me and my mate would drive the 526 as the hydraulics are more responsive than the joystick controls on the 535, 526 still having the lever type fitted

  2. Richard Larrington. They are without doubt the best on the market, they kill a 515 going up an average hill empty!!!

Nice pics though and they do look pretty robust it has to be said. Richard Western do a new 18t trailer now too, my mate had it on an 8360 and with the wieght on the drawbar it lifted the unballasted front end!!! Bit too much for a tractor in my opinion though, they are treading on turf heavily scrutinised by VOSA with LGV's but we have had this debate before so I'll leave it there. What's the tipping gear like on them Gav mate?

One bloody great ram on them, tips to a nice height. You'll never convince me that any other make is built so well, nothing to do with me being mates with one of the Bunning's of course ::) ::):D :D ;)

  3. cheers Gav, that will do, just wanted to see what the frame was like. How many pipes can it hold roughly :-\ :-\

Is that how many should it hold or how many can we get it to hold :D :D :D :D ;) I think we get about 50 or 60 on that trailer from memory

  4. yeah but i'm not as i'm not based at that farm so its my 2 colleagues that are >:( Still to come is a 6 furrow lemken plough, power harrow combination drill, JD7920, JD6920 and a NH TVT175 :o

  5. Nice trailer Gavin.. same colour as my Bailey I bought... do they make dump trailers as well  ???

Would have been nice to use a "local" manufacturer  :-\

Yes they do, basically if its a trailer or muck spreader they make it, not the barrel type spreaders though. They have a website but can't remember their address at the minute :-\

  6. we found Michelin last longer than any other make. the u400 i drive has tyre inflation system which should help no end.

the worst thing for our tyres are some of the Norfolk land we go on full of flint just cuts the tyres to pieces

Tell me about it! A set of Good Year 20.8/42's do 800 hrs or 8 months on my Renault before they were slashed to pieces :o

  7. Is that Bunnings as in GT Bunnings from somewhere in deepests darkest Nor ferk boy!!

I say somewhere, as got lost once on the way to the factory to get a replacement wheel bearing many moons ago.

If so glad to see them still going, when did they change from blue to green.

Much bigger beast than the 6ton scissor lift we had

    Ade

It sure is, 3 miles down the road from me. Blue is still their main colour but you can now have just about any colour you want now to match your tractors

  8. ok gav,all this new kit, has your boss won the lottery and not told ya mate :D :D dam thats a good few quids worth spent on ya by the looks of it

Its not my boss who's been spending and buying though its the farms owner. Won't name who he is on here though for obvious reasons ;):) And thats not all of it yet either :o
