As some of you know i've a bit of a soft spot for all things Nuffield Leyland and Marshall, and over the years i've amassed quite a number of various Scaledown models as well as a few others although in general theres not many to go at, so like in my 16th collection of RJN's theres much of a muchness in the theme with the odd rarity and heavily modified kit, but anyhow to get the job started heres a couple of wide tyred Brays, 10/60, 465, 384 and 470- 116 replies

All polished up and no where to show.... would have been her first roadrun and show up to the Vintage Metals "Bit of a do" this year in 3 weeks with our local vintage show the following weekend.... its good to see her out sparkling in the sunshine though, she won't take any harm until things get better- 662 replies

Whilst on lock down been having a wander up to the yard, progress been a bit slow but have got leads on yet another 3 pot for the 345.....this one ex a JCB 2B (which used the 345 skid unit) so once travel is resumed to a more normal routine it's on my to-do list to go and have a look at it, could be more of a risk than buying a bare block as without stripping it theres no real way of telling if its suffering as bad as my current one....... So whilst work is slow on the 345 i've put a few hours in on the 802, she's on the button now and moves about under her own power again...... -
Hahah that would get him a bit wound up John... he be missing out so far with no shows on and when we last see him down at Shepton and Malvern my mum had been suffering from and getting over a bad spell oh the Shingles so she hadnt sent cake for him... so if Hems is on this year he'll be absolutley ravenous hahaha

Id say Stephen is a likely suspect John, aye he certainly a canny bloke, he became a member of the cake fan club many years ago, always bit of fun at the HEMS show at Burnley between himself and Andy over who gets the most cake.... once you break the ice he's good to deal and have a bit of a laugh with. To be fair it took a bit as we from this side of the hill and he always asks to see my passport if i catch up with him at a show in Yorkshire....

What tractors did you see today without getting photos
Valley Axe Man replied to FB's topic in Farm Talk
Looked like D&D Wallbank had his entire fleet out up at Hartleys on first cut.... had a pair of big fendts and a pair of big deeres all with claas triples knocking down the farms first cut, then on my way back past there was another deere and a new holland both with 10 or 12 rotor shaking out rakes on.... anybody think he was in a bit of a rush or something..... Meanwhile on my way to the yard to have an hour with the tractors ii spotted a loader equipped Fastrac pulling a Marshall bale trailer... novel number plate on the tractor GE04 JCB -
Nice Zac... think you needs to concentrate on that shed now and get some of these girls under cover give them a bit of cover from the elements

No bother Mike, Andy is some man when it comes to builds, he trys to get the most he can in a build, some things aren't achievable but if he can find a way to do then he does... a few photos from Andys catalogue from back in 2012, theres more range now but he hasn't updated the catalogue yet
