  1. Have a good one Brian Now the postal rush has passed i'll get that envelope on it's way to you
  2. All the best Erik, hope you and your family have a great Christmas
  3. Wishing a Very Merry Christmas to everyone on here, hope it's a good and healthy one for all your families and friends, I know there be a few of you stock men working today along with the Nurses, Police, Fire and Rescue and Gritting crews as well as many other trades that don't get the traditional day off for Christmas, but i raise my cup of coffee and say Merry Christmas one and all
  4. Bad shape to get right Sean... but looks as though your getting there
  5. Mmmm that sounds very interesting John..... very interesting indeed
  6. That was Martyn Reeves who did a limited run of 100's in 2 and 4wd and also a batch of 125's Sean, there's that Mominiture or what ever it is steyr based 944 due sometime but thats last generation of the Marshalls
  7. Cheers Paul, 6500-odd hours on her but original off farm condition, need to do a bit of work in the cab, bit of welding and needs re-cladding Some went Sean, and some came back There were Harvest Gold Leylands exported, recently an export spec (cabless) handbook was listed for sale i even think some of the Marshalls got away into Europe and further afield too, There was a 100 that came back from Austraila and also somewhere was a photo of a dealership in Italy with full set of Marshalls up to a 100 in the photo Second that one Mike
  8. Thanks There's actually a pair of 956's there on that farm John, ones blown with a TB turbo kit and seen use on a NH525 chopper, that photo was when she first landed down at Harry's before taking her up to the shed Aye we'll get a bit more done to her, no rush to she her fully restored yet but if all goes well she might make an appearance at the shows with the 804 next year Cheers Martin, it's debatable if they are less hassle than a cracking pair of something else hahaha maybe just as bouncy Mmmm well will see what happens, your crystal ball isn't bad at predicting part of what the future holds
  9. Been sat on it a while Sean, but was hoping to have her looking a bit better before revealing her, she does complement the 804 nicely apart from being a bit smokey as the cold start sticks in the pump the 4/98 runs and whistles well... the pair purring together in the photo was pure music
  10. Cheers Smithy, Your right there although the 802 needs abit more spending in it yet to make it as tidy as my 804.... Thanks Justin, The 802 been about for abit but got put back with extra spends, Aye well my first thoughts were a blue Leyland and a Nuffield along with the Marshall to have one from each manufacturer era but will see what happens, need to get her back together and finished off before i think about buying any more tractors...
  11. Been a bit of a year really after finally buying the tractor i'd been chasing for almost 18 months, but despite having to spend abit more on her than i first though with the axle rebuild i'm more than happy with her, despite at present her being laid up with a burst heater hose but better finding it now than miles away from the shed....recently i dragged my other tractor out of the shed as that's undergoing abit of work, Halfshaft seals done and hydraulic unit re-sealed, steering center post re bushed, new kingpin bearings and a fresh orbital unit, currently sat with tank and radiator out, as on with bottom crank seal on timing cover, needs the wiring finishing off and also the cab internals need a refit, Photo's from when she came and last time she was out the shed....
  12. You could almost hear Dodgy Dave Holden reaching for the tissues......
  13. Great Christmas presents you got your self there Martin, liking the Toucan alot, something very different to see in model form, is the forager removeable like the real deal to pull it out forwards and slide a drawbar back in its place for normal trailer work? Cracking work Sam
  14. Cracking outfit Martin, three very nice tractors there and very well matched age wise for a contractor of the day
  15. Not quite a brochure but is something a bit different, given to me by a good mate for my birthday and believed to have come out of Nigel Fords own collection, a cut out and build Leyland 804 kit, i'm guessing this was a promotional item from the turn to Harvest Gold and the launch of the new tractor range, can't say as i knew these exisited, but am reluctant to take it out and build it.... had thought of scanning it and then build the copy one but will have to wait and see Appologies for the glare in the photo's
  16. Well you must have been bulking up then Smithy as last time i saw you you hadn't changed in all the years i known you
  17. No bother James, like i said though some of the drawings aren't worth the ink thats taken to print them, if theres anymore dimensions you need just give us a shout and i'll try and fit you up
  18. Well Martin.... you do know where there is a cab....you've seen it
  19. There are plans drawn for abit more expansion John but will get this one finished first
  20. Cheers David, aye they all been drilled and half been through the crimper to give a index to where the seat has been sat, should look grand when i get it finished
