  1. Indeed, we will see. The original 6290 is/was a terrible model and the realist in me says this release wont be any different, but who knows!
  2. To be fair Cyril I would not count on January being right! May is the last I heard (all be it some time ago, but my supplier is still saying May), so I would wait till you can actually get your hands on one, before parting with your cash!
  3. Storage issues there I think! The dust bowl has gone the same way - no way it is worth that much🤦‍♂️
  4. There is nothing that I have seen to suggest the 5000, but the JCB special packaging for the 8330 was a surprise, so who Knows!
  5. The T8's are a rare thing here in the arable east - dont think I have ever seen one working! Now T7s and T6s are a different thing!
  6. Yes they are, this list is just those extra to the ones we already know about
  7. Heads up people for 2022.... 43321 L/R Defender Muddy 43322 Ford TW20 43323 Valtra Metalic Olive Green play set 43326 John Deere 3350 2WD LTD ED 43327 John Deere 3140 2WD LTD ED 43328 Case IH 956XL 4WD LTD ED 43329 Case IH 1056XL 4WD LTD ED Amongst others, first ones are said to be Feb 2022..... at the moment!
  8. Why are folks paying this amount for something you can get for £20 less......? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRITAINS-FORDSON-MAJOR-TRACTOR-1-32-SCALE-100TH-ANNIVERSARY-BOXED-SPECIAL-/255143896996?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&autorefresh=true&nma=true&si=4717qE0wzdO3sbVXQiMNcQl8pbo%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc
  9. I had to open 5 of mine as there was something (turned out to be loose drivers) rattling around. You would struggle to see inside only removing one sticker, though I am happy to be corrected! As all my cases were opened, I still reckon the code is different. Had it not been, it would have been much fairer and also if they were sealed in a tamper proof way.....
  10. As I understand it, the code has an 'A' on the end, so 43293A for the Gold one. This, therefore is printed on the underside of the model box, rather than the trade case. I can only make that assumption as each of my trade cases was opened, but none of the tractor boxes were...... Needless to say going by this, I haven't received any gold ones!
  11. I have recieved 14 cases from two different wholesalers. Every case had been opened prior to me receiving them. The gold ones have different codes, again another mistake by Britains. So all anyone needs to do is look on the underside of the box. So it is even happening to those buying wholesale. The only guarantee that you get unopened cases is direct from Britains!
  12. It is ROS, have put a picture (hopefully) in the right topic.
  13. Strictly, should be in a topic for New Releases 2022, but a link to a new UH range of GINAF trucks in 1/32!
  14. I just realised that I have finally got to 1000 posts! I joined FTF on 13th December 2004 and I think I was member number 35!! So nearly 17 years later I have got to a major milestone! 🤣🤣 Oh how the hobby has changed - good and bad over that time. I myself have dipped out of collecting (nearly selling the whole lot), but came back to it and now have as big a collection as ever, though have long since given up getting everything available, which you could nearly do back in the day! Like most on here there are a lot of models I regret selling and those I regret not buying - but we are all, I guess, in that boat. The fact that FTF is still here is wonderful really when you think of how many other social platforms there are and have been - so I hope it continues on. As has been mentioned in another topic, people have been and gone and those early days were good times to be taking part or just observing the antics as a bystander! I wonder where FTF and we all will be in 2037, when I would theoretically reach 2000 posts!!!
  15. Indeed happening all too often. The farm where I am based had both screens pinched out of a brand new Bateman the other week, lost all farm info etc. The police said that new tracking technology is being rolled out which will be harder to overcome, so here is hoping! They also said that German police had seized 90 complete sets, some of which had originated from the U.K. We leave all our kit unlocked and remove the recievers, so hopefully if they do try there will be no damage. The integrated ones are ok - like Fendt/Trimble - but you can cut the roof in the right place and take them straight out in less than 5 mins.......
  16. I'd agree with you on the box. Personally I dont like the black boxes at all. They have a habit of getting damaged and dirty easily - bit like having a black car!
  17. The Dextas have arrived - lovely little models!
  18. Yes they are delayed, they should be early September in the U.K.......
  19. Not much in addition to the post above from Sean, aside from a new JCB Agrixtra Loadall, JD 7R 350 and the Kane Tri Axle trailer. Maybe more surprise releases as yet.....
  20. Just recieved a batch of the MF 8S.265s and they have a trailer hitch of sorts on now😉
  21. Good chance UH will, Britains are doing a T254 70th - due October or thereabouts
  22. I hope that this is a 'to get back going' date, otherwise I will never be able to go again. I know several folks who work for me wont be able to go either. If it stays this date it would be a pity, as I can never get to any other shows. Totally understand the venue change, it will be a bit of a gamble as to how many will go until the world gets back to whatever 'normal' will be......
  23. That's going to work well for all those of us who work in agriculture!
